I couldn't see the icons my teammates placed on properties, which made it tough to review their work in different territories. The scheduling feature doesn't show conflicts either so I'd accidentally double-book calls and follow-ups without realizing it.

“Accurate real-time maps”
Pros
The real-time maps are very accurate and give me access to whole neighborhoods. Being able to drop markers on homes I've visited, plan to visit or already closed has been a huge time-saver and keeps my sales process running smoothly.
Cons
The personal info entry process was frustrating. Some required customer data fields made closing deals more complicated than necessary.

“Useful integration with Agemni”
Pros
The main reason I chose this platform was for its form submission capabilities and how well it integrates with Agemni and Dish/DirecTV systems. Since I don't have the app installed on my phone, I can't provide a screenshot of myself logged in.
Cons
The Android compatibility is lacking which is frustrating since those devices are more affordable and simpler to reclaim when reps leave or get fired. I don't use the sales management features because I sell different products and there doesn't seem to be a way to track both solar and satellite sales on the same dashboard.

Pros
The ability to quickly qualify customers and submit their agreement details is a huge time-saver. We don't have to keep people waiting around unnecessarily. The canvas feature is really helpful too since our managers can map out our territory and we always know exactly where we need to be positioned.
Cons
iPhone X experience isn't great when browsing sales materials. Sometimes I can't hit the done button unless I rotate my screen sideways. Also submitting agreements gets confusing with all those extra options cluttering things up.

Its great being able to monitor how my team is performing and see their progress in real time.
Cons
Mapping feature is really frustrating. Bubbles appear randomly across the map instead of showing up where they should be over the actual properties. The advanced manager training is inconsistent and you basically have to figure things out through trial and error. I spent way too much time experimenting just to understand what the system could actually do, which was annoying and didn't give me what I needed initially. The date filters for creation and modification times can mess up your results too.
