“Amazing mobile functionality”
Pros
Having all my sales data right in my pocket is incredible. It's like carrying a mobile office everywhere. The mobile interface is really user-friendly. When I was working with Joey Zentz's team at DISH in Texas, this was a game-changer. I wish my current workplace had something similar since we have no visual way to track sales or monitor progress toward quotas and goals. Not sure if there's an enterprise version available but a B2B option would be fantastic.
Cons
Sometimes I run into login troubles with the mobile app. Had to reset my password multiple times when I first got started, though things have been more stable lately.

Pros
The lead information it provides about customers is really accurate and reliable.
Cons
The messaging feature won't load for me and their regular updates seem to break things instead of fixing them. It would be really helpful if we could see product pricing while working with customers.

Pros
I really appreciate being able to drop pins on properties and keep track of where I've visited and what transpired at each location.
Cons
It is constantly buggy and needs frequent fixes. I find myself having to log out and back in on a semi-regular basis, restart the app and deal with other frustrating issues. Better integration with ServSuite would really help too.

Pros
Going completely paperless has been great for me. Sales contracts used to be such a headache, especially when dealing with messy handwriting. It handles all of that smoothly.
Cons
The only hiccup is when the iPad acts up, you can't write up agreements which can be frustrating.
