The web version feels less responsive compared to the mobile app. As a manager, I rely heavily on the web platform but sometimes I have to switch to the app for certain features to work properly. Though they do keep updating things regularly.

We discovered this at a trade show when bigger CRM options were way beyond our budget as a small family roofing business. I've realized the platform is really what you put into it, no software does everything automatically. Initially, we just tracked door-to-door activity for a year and even at that basic level, it paid for itself. Recently though, we've expanded our use by adding custom training materials, monitoring canvasser performance and turning leads into actual marketing strategies. We're projected to triple last year's revenue and this tool has been a major factor in that growth.

The onboarding process could use more guidance for getting new team members up to speed with the platform. While the support team is responsive when we have issues, I'd appreciate more structured training resources upfront. That said, I do like that new hires can reach out directly to support with their questions and it definitely takes some of the training burden off my shoulders.

Initially hesitant about the cost but this turned out to be the best investment I've made. The pin system is exactly what I needed. I can categorize houses and mark spots where I need to return. What really impressed me is how you can schedule appointments directly on pins and they automatically appear on the main dashboard with reminder notifications. The location accuracy is spot-on so I always know exactly which house I'm near when adding new pins. Honestly can't imagine doing this work without it now. Using physical maps would be absolutely exhausting and such a time waster.

The only downside is that it needs an internet connection to work properly. In a perfect world, I'd love to use the app without being online but I understand most apps these days require internet access anyway.

Really simple to handle and find the data I'm looking for. There's plenty of room for comments and seeing contact names directly on the map is super convenient. What I really appreciate is being able to track my team's activity, when they dropped pins, how they're covering their territory and getting a clear picture of their workflow.

Sometimes it really slows down when I've got tons of pins loaded on the map. I've learned to only display the specific area or date range I'm working with to keep things running smoothly. There have been frustrating moments where pins just vanish completely and occasionally my comments don't save properly after I've entered new information.

What's really convenient is how well it's customized for our business needs, with the specific pins we require and handy file storage that I can access during sales presentations.

Been using this for 8 years and honestly can't complain about much. My only real problem is that there's no built-in way to disable mobile data usage when I want to conserve my data plan. Right now I have to go into my phone's settings to turn it off manually.
