Pros
I've been using this for door-to-door sales and it's superb. The note-taking feature is super handy and I love how customizable the pins are. The Datagrid functionality really stands out too.
Cons
The system crashes from time to time and I find myself having to log back in a few times each week, though this feels like something that could be easily resolved.

Cons

Having access to so many location pins is awesome. It makes finding what I need much easier. Being able to work offline is a huge plus when I'm in areas with spotty internet connection. The map display is crisp and easy to read.
Cons
Sometimes the map takes forever to load which can be really frustrating when youre trying to get somewhere quickly.

Pros
The appointment scheduling feature is so good. It sends reminders so I don't miss anything important. Everything feels well organized and the route system for getting to houses is very helpful. Those pins are a lifesaver since they keep all the customer information right there instead of making me dig through separate spreadsheets.
Cons
The process of placing pins individually and having to click each one separately is really time-consuming. What's even more frustrating is that deleting multiple pins requires doing it one at a time. There's no way to select several at once and remove them all together which would save so much effort.

I really appreciate the pins feature and how the appointment system works smoothly with our company's interface. It's been fantastic for our door-to-door sales operations and there's an impressive variety of pin options to choose from.
Cons
App struggles when there's poor cell reception. The appointment notifications only give you 5 minutes heads up which isn't realistic when you've got hundreds of prospects to see in a week, there's no way to reach someone in just 5 minutes. I really wish the reminder would come 30 minutes earlier instead.

Pros
Helps me stay organized with my visits and lets me jot down notes for each interaction. The learning curve is pretty gentle and it does a good job reminding me about upcoming appointments.
Cons
Note-carrying feature between pins is really annoying. When I switch from one pin to another, the previous notes shouldn't automatically transfer over. Battery life is terrible too so I always need to carry a power bank or I'll be stuck with a dead device.

I'm impressed by all the features packed into this, appointments, reminders, route creation and maps that sync with Google maps. The stats tracking is solid, plus you get all the southwestern advantages like ROS and sales materials bundled together.
Cons
You can't make custom pins which is frustrating. Sometimes it randomly jumps to a world map view instead of staying on my area so I have to move back constantly. The route planning could use work too (I'd love more than 23 waypoints and additional features since the concept is great but needs refinement). Also wish I could see location names from further out instead of having to zoom in super close just to read house names I've visited.

The multifunctional design really impressed me. Everything works well with the mapping feature. Being able to schedule appointments directly on the map and store all client details there is so convenient. What I found most helpful was pinning specific dates to exact locations which organizes my workflow. The way it displays lead names and addresses upfront saves me tons of time during my daily routine.
Cons
The main downside is that it only works in English, would be much better if I could use it in my native language. Also noticed that some pins vanish occasionally which can be frustrating.
