Pros
I found it really user-friendly and accessible across our entire company. The fact that homeowners' names show up in the app is a nice touch that makes everything feel more personal. Definitely something I'd recommend to others.
Cons
I didn't really find any major issues with it, though the performance can be a bit sluggish and inconsistent at times.

Pros
Appreciate how this tool gives me key details like the homeowner's age, name and household size before I even knock. Being able to greet people by name makes such a huge difference in building rapport right from the start.
Cons
The phone numbers are frequently wrong or missing entirely. Some household information gets outdated too, like who actually owns the property now.

Pros
The mapping feature makes finding leads so simple. Being able to customize the markers is so useful. I can easily see which houses I've already visited and which ones still need attention.
Cons
Main issue I have is that new leads don't appear on my profile right away. I have to log out or reinstall the app before they show up which is pretty frustrating.

Pros
Tracks my progress when I'm canvassing different areas. The system hardly ever glitches and whenever I do run into issues, customer support has always been quick to help me sort things out. The public information available for each assigned house is incredible. There are tons of designations to cover pretty much any situation you might face.
Cons
The data isn't always up to date. It can take anywhere from 6-12 months for new move-in information to sync over which is really the only downside I've noticed.

So easy to use. Everything feels smooth when I'm using it and the touch responsiveness is excellent. Unlike other canvassing tools I've tried, it rarely crashes on me which keeps my workflow uninterrupted.
Cons
The app used to crash fairly often in its earlier versions, though that's become much less of an issue recently.

Pros
The note-taking feature on doors is incredibly useful. I can quickly see whether a prospect is worth following up with. These notes stick around permanently so when I'm back in the same area, I immediately know which houses to hit and which ones to skip. The appointment booking functionality through the app is another feature I really value.
Cons
Location tracking isn't always spot-on, especially in neighborhoods where houses are packed close together. Sometimes it tells me I'm across the street or at the wrong address which gets confusing. The Salesforce integration could also be stronger, it doesn't sync as well as I'd like for keeping things current and generating new prospects in the CRM. Also, having more recent satellite images would really help. When I'm doing door-to-door solar sales, being able to quickly check the overhead view to see which houses already have solar panels would make the whole process much faster.

Pros
DataGrid service has been a complete game changer for me. Whenever I have questions or run into issues, I can actually get someone on the phone in under 5 minutes. It's refreshing to talk to a real person so quickly.
Cons
When I reassign myself an area through DataGrid, it's frustrating that my existing pins get stacked on top of the new ones. It's a minor annoyance but I've already sent in a feature request hoping the team will address this issue.

It is very fast and really effective at what it does. I love how customizable everything is. It genuinely takes sales to another level. Being able to see just the data I need on a visual map is fantastic. It saves me tons of prep time each morning so I can focus on having better interactions with customers instead.
Cons
I can't figure out if there's a way to customize things within the app itself. Would be really helpful to add icons or descriptions while I'm mobile. Right now I can only do that stuff when I'm logged in on my computer.

Finding information and entering data is simple. The mapping features are user-friendly and you can search by address, name or go directly on the map which really speeds up the search process. Overall, the interface is user-friendly and doesn't require much of a learning curve.
Cons
Stats don't refresh fast enough for my liking. I find myself waiting around for updates that should happen instantly. The delay really slows down my workflow when I need current data.
