Everything can be customized

Pros

I really enjoy how this tool organizes our canvassing operations and field marketing campaigns. The interface works smoothly whether our team is using the mobile app in the field or the web version back at the office. What I find particularly valuable is how customizable everything is, from user permissions to status settings, we can tailor it to our specific workflow. The Data Grid feature has been a game-changer for capturing detailed homeowner information which makes our follow-up efforts much more targeted and effective. Plus, whenever we have questions or run into issues, customer support gets back to us quickly.

Cons

The admin login interface feels pretty outdated and finding the right permission settings can be a real pain. While the support team is helpful, setting up custom permissions isn't as simple as I'd hoped.

Great for time management

Pros

Being able to view my team's doors and their notes has been useful for managing areas and time effectively. It's also effective for keeping track of customer information through detailed notes.

Cons

It crashes occasionally on Android devices which is frustrating. I also wish I could view homeowners names. Not a dealbreaker. The new mover pins appear to actually be from people selling there homes rather than genuine new movers.

Way more effective compared to other options

Pros

Its so simple to get the hang of. The effectiveness when it comes to managing sales and storing information is impressive. Definitely stands out from other options I've tried.

Cons

The glitching can be frustrating when it fails to load properly and there are issues with data not saving reliably. I've noticed information gets lost sometimes which is concerning. Better data preservation would make a huge difference.

Pros

I appreciate having better control over specific territories for each salesperson. This prevents potential customers from being contacted multiple times by different reps which was becoming a real problem before.

Cons

A bit costly, especially the per-user licensing model. For software like this, I'd expect more reasonable rates since it's not a physical product.

Monitors performance metrics

Pros

I can track which houses I've visited and how many conversations I've had which really helps my team monitor our performance metrics while we're out working. It keeps everything professional and well-organized. Anyone in door-to-door sales who can get access to this should definitely use it.

Cons

Occasionally I have to refresh the page or log back in to see and draw new areas. It's not terrible but most of the time I know it's not my internet connection causing the issue.

way better than alternatives

Pros

I love how this highlights business opportunities and helps me keep track of current and potential customers. Being able to share leads with my team is great and honestly, this is the best solution on the market.

Cons

The only real downside I can think of is that there isnt much to complain about. Its been pretty solid for our door-to-door operations. Maybe some minor learning curve initially but thats about it.

It maintains customer interactions with clear, organized status updates. The contact management and note-taking features work really well, plus the AccuLynx file integration is smooth.

Cons

Cons

Pros

I've been incredibly fortunate to have this tool at my fingertips. It helps me track everything from leads and sales to installations, plus it keeps me accountable for my daily and monthly productivity goals.

Cons

Only downside I can think of is how some leads and pins get washed out or deleted after a while which can be frustrating when you're trying to track older prospects.

Made a huge difference

Pros

Been using this for 5 months while canvassing neighborhoods and it's been a game changer. Having the homeowner's name ready before I even knock gives me a real advantage over competitors and the responses I get are noticeably better.

Cons

The main downside is that I can't access property details unless my manager assigns me to a specific area first. It would be much more convenient if I could pull up home information on my own when selecting an area, especially when I need quick access without having to interrupt my manager every time.

Pros

I love how everything I need is right there when I need it. The layout breaks things down really well so even someone who's never used it before can figure it out pretty quickly. Plus, unlike most web-based programs I deal with, this one actually loads fast. Updating is simple, the interface is clean and easy on the eyes and overall it just works smoothly. Leaderboard is my favorite

Pros

The leaderboard feature really stands out to me, it naturally creates healthy competition between my reps. What I appreciate most is how accountability has become second nature for the team because of this setup. The user experience is excellent with great color schemes and user-friendly processes that make it feel almost like a game for the sales team. The integrations work smoothly, especially between JobNimbus and this platform, making workflow management effortless.

Cons

The Android app is pretty awful, though I don't think thats entirely SalesRabbit's fault. Still wish it worked better since I have a few reps with Android devices and it makes training them much harder when they can't follow along properly.

Pros

This tool makes canvassing neighborhoods very smooth and simple. Without it, I'd be stuck writing tons of notes by hand and trying to figure out how to organize everything myself. What really stands out is being able to assign statuses using the icons and badges from the lead menu. It gives me crystal clear visibility on where I need to circle back for follow-ups or when to time my next visit.

Cons

The labeling and icons can get confusing since different companies customize them in their own ways. Sometimes it's not immediately obvious what certain badges or images mean which slows me down when I'm trying to quickly scan through leads. I get that customization is important for branding but it would be nice to have some standardized elements that are consistent across all versions.

Pros

grids, routes and homeowner data are handy for my daily work. The conversion tracking really helps me see what's working too.

Cons

Main issue I have is getting randomly logged out. The portal will just close on its own sometimes and then I have to spend time logging back in instead of focusing on my actual work at the doors.
