Different ways to categorize homeowner contacts

Pros

I appreciate how many different ways I can categorize and analyze homeowner contacts. The automatic lead filing system is really convenient too. It makes transferring information between devices simple.

Cons

Getting into the app was a real headache at first, though once I managed to log in everything ran pretty smoothly.

helpful abbreviations

Pros

We found it easy to manage. I can handle client information, take notes and book appointments right on the spot using the built-in calendar. It's really helpful for calculating averages from all the doors I've knocked and customer interactions which gives me a clear picture of my progress. The abbreviations on the map are particularly useful.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is how much it drains my battery. If they could optimize that, it would be a total game changer.

I can enter detailed notes

Pros

I can pin every contact with detailed notes that help me remember the specifics of each interaction days later. As an outside sales rep, this has become absolutely essential and I'd be completely lost without it.

Cons

Haven't discovered any real downsides after using it for about a month now. Really enjoying the experience so far.

Outstanding customer tracking capabilities

Pros

The customer tracking capabilities are awesome. I can store all the essential contact details like names, addresses, phone numbers and emails in one place. Being able to log my visits and see exactly where I've been helps me plan my next stops efficiently.

Cons

The search function only works with addresses right now. I wish I could also look up contacts by the homeowner's name or when we last visited them.

Pros

I really appreciate being able to mark the specific areas where I'm actively working. The note-taking feature is useful too. Pretty accurate

Pros

The accuracy is pretty solid and I really appreciate how it helps me get to a house already knowing the person's first name. It completely eliminates that awkward stranger feeling when meeting someone new. Makes the whole process so much smoother and I'm grateful for how easy this tool makes everything.

Cons

Faced an issue with pins not showing up

Pros

When I was out knocking doors with this tool, dropping pins was convenient. Whenever I marked a callback, it automatically went to my list and finding them later was really simple.

Cons

The app is pretty neat but there was this annoying issue where my coworkers pins wouldn't show up for a few minutes. The updated version runs much smoother though and now you can actually see where everyone is located.

Why SalesRabbit is the key to our success

Pros

I love being able to see our field representatives' locations in real time thanks to the GPS tracking feature. It's helped me make sure they are visiting the right places and using their time wisely. For example, one of our reps wasn't spending enough time in a certain neighborhood and we figured that out through the GPS tracking. After that, we were able to direct him to focus more on that area, which led to more sales. The gamification aspect has been amazing for keeping the team motivated, too. They love the healthy competition that comes from seeing how they rank on the leaderboards, and it's definitely pushed them to close more deals and engage more.

Cons

One of the biggest issues I've had is with the occasional technical glitches. Sometimes the platform freezes or crashes, which is super frustrating, especially when I'm out in the field trying to make a sale and can't get the info I need. Another thing is the limited customization options. As a sales rep, being able to personalize the platform more would definitely help me be more efficient.

Doesn�t take long to understand

Pros

Very simple and doesn't take long to get the hang of. Finding customers is not hard and it helps me stay on top of relationships. Daily use feels natural once you're familiar with how everything works.

Cons

Nothing major to complain about but I'd love to see more functionality added. Right now the feature set feels pretty basic and expanding it would really take this platform to the next level.

Found it to be userfriendly! I can easily access neighborhoods I've worked before and find all the info I stored like names, phone numbers and any relevant notes about deals. What's really helpful is being able to mark homes and sort them into categories like follow-ups, appointments or not interested.

Cons

I don't like that there's no quick way to sort leads into categories you've already assigned them to which makes follow-up work less efficient.
