Cons
There is not much wrong with the app, but sometimes the mobile interface can be a bit tricky. It is easy to accidentally tap the wrong button or link, which can get annoying.

Pros
The best part is how customizable it is! There are so many options for forms, so we can set things up exactly how we need them. I also appreciate that they check in with us every quarter to see if we are having any issues. Their customer service is top-notch and everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful!
Cons
The only thing I wish the scheduler had was a better way to view different technicians' schedules. Right now, all the appointments for the day get lumped together, so we still keep a paper schedule to track which tech and truck go where. Our old system handled this well but it was outdated and we needed to upgrade. We have been using ServiceBox for a few years now and have adjusted to this, even though it is not ideal. Nobody likes change but it is not a dealbreaker. We knew about this limitation before switching and it did not stop us. Their excellent customer service makes up for it.

“Simple yet effective program”
Pros
The desktop version of the program is really well organized and easy to use. I especially love how the schedule board is laid out, it is way better than other scheduling software I have used.
Cons
I really wish there was an option to run a short summary of inventory usage for the week or a specific period. It would make stock ordering much more accurate and efficient.

It makes it super easy to access client information, whether I am in the office or out in the field. It is not perfect but it is a massive upgrade from using pen and paper!
Cons
ServiceBox does not look great on my phone. I always have to scroll down just to select an item from the drop-down menu when scheduling a service. It is also not built for any specific industry, it is more of a general SaaS solution.

I find it really convenient to log in from both the app and browser. The system also reminds me of the current job I am checked into. Updating the scheduler and adding events or work orders is quick and simple.
Cons
The layout of the mobile app is not the best. It is mainly useful for checking in and out of work orders but accessing customer data or timesheets while I am on the go is not as easy as I would like.

I'm a fan of how user-friendly it is and the support staff have always been friendly, quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
Cons
There are a few features I'd like to see added to the software but overall I'm really satisfied with the workarounds that their team has come up with each time I bring a concern to them. That said, the pricing structure is frustrating, costs jump quite a bit between tiers and it often feels like we're paying for more than we actually use when we're just a couple of seats over a limit. I'd prefer being billed for the exact number of users rather than an 'up to' bracket, since that would be fairer and more manageable for our budget.

Cons
As a technician, I can't pull up work orders after they've been invoiced which I find frustrating because I like to review past jobs to remember what was done. While I can view work notes under the history tab for prior orders, it would be much more helpful to access the full original work order itself instead of just notes.
