Pros
I can access it from any computer which means I don't have to be onsite. I no longer have to scan work orders and multiple people can use it at the same time.
Cons
It's on the expensive side and I can't edit time cards unless an admin is alerted first.

“Accessible from anywhere”
Pros
Having it with me wherever I go is extremely convenient because as long as my device is nearby I'm able to view and update information whenever it's needed.
Cons
I hate that there's no offline option. I can't enter information without a web connection and I keep running into layout glitches on my iPad.

“Eliminated duplicate invoice entry”
Pros
After experimenting with several different workflows, we eventually switched to ServiceBox and converted our office to a paperless setup. Because we can now e-mail every invoice directly to our clients and technicians in the field can access all the same information, we've cut out a lot of wasted time. Eliminating duplicate invoice entry has been a huge benefit. I genuinely think it's fantastic to have technicians using the platform too, communication across the whole team has improved significantly.
Cons
I would appreciate if a couple of the reports were exportable to Excel instead of being provided only as PDFs, since Excel would make further analysis much easier.

I find the search features handy, the customer support responsive and the tool pretty simple to use.
Cons
At times it bogs down and I feel some of the dispatch features could be tightened up for users needing faster turnaround. Although the search works well, I'd prefer it to be broadened to include more fields.

“Easy to pull up past jobs”
Pros
One big advantage we've discovered is being able to enter each service as it's called in and track it. That has made our business noticeably more efficient. Also, it's much easier for us to pull up past jobs and decide the best course of action because we can attach notes and photos to each record. I also really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with our accounting software.
Cons
The software works great overall but if I had to suggest one improvement I'd like to see more interactive cues on the site. For example, when I hover over an icon I'd love a tooltip or small label to explain what that icon does. That would make it more user-friendly and reduce guesswork.

Pros
I really appreciate how it organizes customers, contacts, invoices, quotes and everything else. All of a client's details sit together in one place and there's a complete record of my interactions with them for quick reference later on. The 'To-do' tool is invaluable and I can tag it to a customer or a quote and it automates follow-ups so our sales crew closes more jobs faster!
