handles multiple workflows!

Pros

We put SiteCapture to work in a bunch of different ways. It handles site checks for roofing solar setups, batteries and generators. We also use it to put together funding packages for lenders and to manage photos that outside inspectors need. Our team leaders can whip up different templates depending on who's doing the job and what type of work it is so nobody misses a shot. I also really appreciate that the pictures keep their high quality, we can grab whole batches at once and every photo comes with a clear time stamp.

Cons

Figuring out how to build templates feels a bit jumbled. And cleaning house is harder than it should be.. I wish there was a simpler way to turn off, replace or just delete old templates nobody uses anymore. Also when someone loses their password we shouldn't have to dig into their account from the office to fix it. A simple button to shoot them a new invite or reset link would save us so much back and forth.
