“Data structure is simple and stable

Pros

The way they structure the data just clicks in my brain. It's so easy to work with. On top of that, the whole system runs like a champ and I can't remember the last time it went down. Solid and steady.

Cons

When we needed to pull data on all our units, there was no option to grab everything at once. We had to download things piece by piece by setting up different filters and search terms to get it all.

“easy for non-tech ops team

Pros

Well the whole thing is really easy on the eyes especially for the guys on our operations team who aren't tech geeks.

Cons

It really needs a video option. Being able to show clips inside SiteCapture would be a game changer, especially when we want homeowners to record something. Videos are just so much better for showing how a process actually works.

I've been using SiteCapture for years and have sent in plenty of suggestions for changes. Most of them take forever to happen and some still aren't done. The response time on updates is way too slow.
