Pros
every single time I have a question they reply to me directly and quickly. If they don't have a solid answer they tell me they'll add the issue to the list of things they're working on. A few weeks or months later that change shows up! They also include me in designing the improvement by asking for my input and keep me updated along the way.
Cons
It can be glitchy but they acknowledge my problems when they happen so I don't get left feeling like I don't know how to use the software. It's not the cheapest option if I'm just using it for scheduling but it has so many great features that others simply can't compete with on value for small teams especially.

“No more missed appointments”
Pros
I like that all my information is stored in one database that's easy to access. The automated reminders and emails mean my clients rarely forget appointments and basically have no excuse to miss them.
Cons
The iPad app feels very limited in functionality right now. That said, I'm aware a new update just rolled out so I'll need to try it. I'd also like my team to be able to view their future schedules from the app.

One thing I really appreciate is how user-friendly it is. The layout is extremely simple and it didn't take me long to learn the ins and outs of running my services with ZenMaid. The reporting is very thorough and with just a few clicks I can pull up all my revenue and expense figures, handle payroll and more. I find it to be excellent value for money, far more affordable than many alternatives I've looked at. Finally, their team's support and communication are outstanding. I'd highly recommend it to others!
Cons
I've been using the software for some time now and still haven't come across any issues. They push regular updates so I genuinely can't think of any drawbacks.

Honestly it's convenient and I've even seen most of my suggestions get built into the software for me. The customer service and support are unmatched in my experience. If you want a maid service platform that runs smoothly and is simple, I'm leaning toward recommending this company without hesitation.
Cons
Noticed a few bugs pop up from time to time but they tend to address them fairly quickly. every time I've faced an issue, the team has had it corrected within roughly 30 minutes to about 24 hours so downtime or disruption has been minimal for me.

I really appreciate the automatic email reminders and follow-ups it sends customers based on their scheduled cleanings. Our team also loves the calendar view because it makes it super simple to see who is cleaning which house. It's equally convenient to edit an appointment right on that same screen so there's no jumping between tabs to complete a task. In most cases, I can do everything I need from one screen without any issues.
Cons
I can't think of anything that has truly frustrated me. There might be extra features some businesses would want but I'm satisfied with the program just as it is. I really appreciate how responsive the team is whenever I request a new feature. They are always working to improve the product which makes me feel heard and confident in their ongoing updates.

We've been using this software for roughly a month now. Sending customers a reminder text is such a useful tool. eliminating reminder calls has freed up time so we can focus on booking more clients. Whenever we had questions the team responded promptly and helped us learn the system. I'd absolutely suggest this software not just for house cleaning businesses but for window cleaning, carpet cleaning or any company offering routine service work. It performs wonderfully.
Cons
