“Flexible custom reporting”
Pros
Reporting and pulling data is easy especially when the information entered is accurate. It is also a big advantage that we can make our own changes and adapt parts of the system ourselves, including redesigning certain areas to some extent.
Cons
Creating purchase order lines feels repetitive. There does not seem to be much reason to keep re-entering the top third of the page each time new lines are added.

It gives us a lot of flexibility to customize it the way we need and I appreciate that it's updated regularly so it keeps pace with current technologies.

Using the system is fairly easy and the interface stays consistent between it and the Technician App which makes it easier to work across both.
Cons
Some of the configuration settings feel a bit too technical. I'm hoping the new dashboard will be much more user-friendly. Many of our technicians also mention that the text size and overall layout in the Technician App could be improved.
