Mir RT helps me do two major things. Firstly it allows me to get better value out of warranties. And secondly it manages our ambulance fleet in real time without any guesswork.

No issues at all. We actually saw a return on investment in less than three months so the cost is totally worth it.

We really like how user friendly MIR-RT is. Plus my team finds it easy to work with, even those members who are not very tech-savvy.

Even though the software is packed with great tools we have run into limits with customizing things for our specific processes.

It does not take much of my time to learn at all. I was able to dive right in without needing a lot of training.

Well it only supports English and French. We really hoped to have a Spanish version too.

The QuickBooks integration I feel like could have been explained better during onboarding. As it would have helped us plan more efficiently.

It lets us match up work orders with the invoices we receive. Plus we can check each unit's repair history without digging through files.

Difficult to figure out. Also we cannot just drag and drop files. Instead we have to paste links and if they break, we are stuck. And accident reports cannot be tied to work orders and the SAAQ inspection date links to when the order was opened not when the work was done. As this causes a lot of confusion.

We are still new to MIR-RT so for now we cannot say much but so far it has proven to be great for scheduling preventive maintenance without the usual stress.

It is still too early for us to list drawbacks. There is so much to learn and we just have not had the time to explore it all yet.

There is so much we can do with this tool. Plus the number of features and options it has, gives us flexibility across different areas.

Even though training covered a lot of ground but we did not get enough help before going live. We think they should have spent at least a full week helping each department get settled in.

If we accidentally fill out a PEP form for the wrong unit, we are stuck with it as there is no option to cancel or reassign. That needs fixing.

There are so many useful features available. We mainly use of Mir Note, unit tracking and managing work orders as they are all needed as per our workflow and help us run better.

The planning tool still is not the smoothest to use but over the time we have seen big improvements thanks to the latest updates.

There should be a prompt when changing a unit number as if right now it just switches without asking if we are sure.

Keeping track of our inventory is a lot easier now. As now we do not have to manually count and log everything like before.

Some of our older mechanics are not into the real-time updates. They jot things down on paper and only add it to MIR later.
