The stops with options feature is the one I rely on the most. It really helps when I need to reroute the truck and change things on the fly.

Their address lookup feels like it should be more developed and stand more on its own as a feature. Also some of the other tools just are not that useful.

The software is very simple and didn't take much effort to get up and running. We also configured it to send us email updates on fleet movements throughout the day which has been really useful.

Having the ability to monitor my trucks and tell whether they're running or stopped has been really useful. It helps me keep up with traffic conditions and know exactly where they are so I can give customers better delivery ETAs. I can also quickly spot when a driver has gone off route which makes managing deliveries much easier.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is that the location data can be off at times. The radius circle will sometimes place the trucks a few blocks from where they actually are which makes it tougher to give customers accurate ETAs and less useful when I'm trying to track trucks that are already running behind on deliveries.

Accuracy is up to the minute and I can zoom all the way in to an exact street location even down to the parking lot. It also lets me see how long the truck has been stopped and whether it's idling or actively moving.
