I really enjoy how simple the product is to operate. Being able to view our entire fleet in one place is something we appreciate.

Since the last few updates the reporting feature (such as stops with options) takes an extremely long time to load. It would be fantastic if this feature could be made faster again, the way it used to be.

Making changes to an order can be a bit difficult when a customer decides on a last-minute update. It only comes up in certain situations though and aside from that, everything works very well.

App and website show some inconsistencies. On the website only stops show. It even seems like the app gives more information than what's readily available on the web version.

On the rare occasions when the system runs at full capacity, it performs really well but we've run into so many ongoing issues that we're likely going to switch to another company.

Response times have been terrible, with reports taking around 30 seconds to load. The stop reports are also inaccurate and the software in the vehicles regularly fails to log correct stops and the actual amount of time spent there.

There's still room to add more integrations and improve the API documentation especially in a world where platform connectivity matters so much.

We've been using this product since around 2007 and it has come a long way over the years while still staying very simple to use. The mobile app is especially user-friendly making it easy to check a vehicle's location, estimate arrival time to a destination and set up a text or email alert when the vehicle gets there. It's just as useful on-site too since you can monitor a vehicle while it's there and create an alert to notify someone once it leaves. The reporting is detailed and practical, giving us a clear view of the exact route taken and how long someone stayed at a specific location. One of the best parts is how accessible everything feels so it doesn't take long at all to learn where things are and start getting real value from the software.

An option to "stay logged in" for the app would be convenient.

The software is easy to use and it gives us plenty of variables to work with when building reports.

Time stamping issues really affect us. It reports 1 second for 30 seconds of usage and 2 seconds for a minute and a half so the numbers do not line up with actual application time at all. We use it to track application equipment usage and compared with the previous program, this one is much harder to rely on. The older software did not report anything under a minute which made more sense for our workflow. This one now reports seconds but those seconds do not meaningfully match the real time spent. We tested the system's reported time against the actual application time and the timing data is basically unusable. It is still possible to pull the times manually but that adds extra work and takes longer. For time tracking and report creation I would recommend going back to the previous software setup because it handled this much better. Thank you.

Keeping up with DOT-required information is something this software handles really well. It has saved me several hours every month compared with doing the calculations in spreadsheets and tracking everything manually.

After missing a seminar about the upgrades, I logged in expecting to use the usual reports and noticed one of them was no longer there. I did figure out another way to get the information but it took some extra time.

Implementation was simple. It puts a lot of vehicle and driver information front and center so I can see what I need without digging through a bunch of menus.

Their app still has room for improvement since it feels more like a mobile-friendly version of the website than a true standalone app. I also end up having to log in twice most days before it accepts my credentials and refreshes can occasionally take a minute. They're fairly minor issues though and overall it's still a very solid product.

Without a doubt, the best thing has been the customer support we've received. On the few occasions we've needed help, the team has always been responsive, willing to assist and good about following through. Another big plus is that it integrates with our ERP system, Sampro Enterprise.

Cons

The only downside was that it took a bit of time to land on the right GPS unit for our needs. Even so, IntelliShift stayed with it and kept working with us until everything was up and running.

There's a lot of useful information available and the website includes a large amount of detail about the trucks which I appreciate.

Support has been inconsistent and the installation teams did a terrible job. They cut wires, put screws through wires and boxes and caused similar issues.
