Using this software has made it much simpler to keep track of our vehicles and always know where our drivers, sales team and other company units are. The mapping feature has been especially useful for our dispatch team since they can give precise directions to drivers who get a little off route and need help finding a location. It has also been very helpful during breakdowns because when a driver could not clearly identify where they were, we were able to give Roadside the exact location right away.

In New York City, the signal seems to bounce around more than it did before. There are also times when the data comes through with some delay.

Having accurate location tracking in a mobile app has been a big plus. I'm away from my computer most of the time so being able to use it from my phone wherever I am is really convenient. I also appreciate the updates they've made and the current design looks much better than the previous version of the app.

The location updates should happen more often. It can take a while for the real-time position to refresh sometimes around 5 minutes.

Having access to such a wide range of features was a big plus. It even included capabilities I didn't realize were possible and they've made fleet management much easier overall. For example, we can connect a driver's DOT and license details to the truck and set up reminders before anything expires. That also made it much simpler to present the software to my manager and explain its value.

The only challenge at the beginning was that it felt like a lot of information compared with the amount of training provided. After spending some time with it though, it started to make a lot more sense and worked really well.
