“A very reliable software”

Pros

After using this software for several years, it has been consistently reliable and has never let me down. It's a very solid product, reasonably priced and it works really well for tracking our fleet from anywhere at almost any time in near real time. We only use the wired devices and they've been dependable throughout.

Cons

I haven't tried the portable devices so I can't comment on those. Customer service is limited on weekends but aside from that, I haven't run into any problems. I'd definitely recommend it for companies with at least five vehicles or for businesses that are expanding quickly.
