“works well across devices”
Pros
Using it across different platforms has been really convenient, whether I'm on a desktop, laptop or iPad.
Cons
One downside is how often the vehicles refresh their location since the position updates could happen more frequently.

“route playback is fantastic”
Pros
The route playback feature has been really useful for us. It clearly shows when the driver stopped, what time it happened and how long they stayed there.
Cons
It does have one frustrating issue: the software tends to go offline right in the middle of the busiest time, usually between 2 and 4 PM. I wish they'd fix it

“clean layout with useful alerts”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is the layout on both the website and the app. It's user-friendly, visually appealing and simple to navigate. I also really appreciate the daily reports and the real-time alerts for things like a dead vehicle battery, towing or when the device gets unplugged.
Cons
The only downside so far is that we recently started using the OBD device and a couple of them did not work correctly after installation.

“instant vehicle connection with fuel card integration”
Pros
It connects with the vehicle right away which makes communication instant and really convenient. The fuel card integration is also a big plus and the reporting features are useful.
Cons
The scorecard still needs work and I prefer how Azuga handles that part.

Pros
I find it to be very user-friendly and pretty much foolproof. It's fast and gets the job done without any hassle.
Cons
It does run into errors now and then and there are times when logging in can be a problem but they are not major issues in my eyes.

“lower fuel costs and better coaching”
Pros
The biggest benefit for us has been lowering fuel costs by keeping idle time under better control. It has also made it easier to spot which drivers could use a bit of extra training and coaching.
Cons
At this point, I really do not have any issues with the software. The only thing I could even mention is that it would be nice if the pricing were a little lower.

“good geofence alerts”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is how it sends alerts when a vehicle leaves the designated area. It also notifies the administration when drivers go over the speed limits and I get real-time updates if a vehicle stays parked longer than the time frame I set.
Cons
There are occasional GPS glitches that can trigger false alarms now and then but those issues usually only last a short time.

“user-friendly system”
Pros
From day one, the system has been very user friendly and help is always just a phone call away. The service department consistently answers the phone, provides the right solutions and delivers support that exceeds expectations on a daily basis.
Cons
We have not run into any issues with this system. It performs reliably without ongoing problems and VTS continues to be a valuable part of our everyday business operations.

“valuable tools for fleet efficiency”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is the broad set of tools and reports that different people across our office rely on every day which really helps improve overall fleet efficiency. From dispatchers to our CEO and everyone in between, there's something in the platform each person can use to get useful, relevant information.
Cons
There really isn't much to dislike about the software. It's user-friendly for everyone involved. The only issue we've run into at times is device connectivity problems that can lead to inaccurate tracking.

“very limited notes section”
Pros
It's simple to search for, locate and keep track of every vehicle in our fleet.
Cons
The notes section is far too limited. There's no dedicated place for admins to save notes for drivers and the system doesn't always retain information correctly. Updating a driver's details like their branch can take 3 or 4 tries before it actually saves. In the Vehicle Administrator area, saving text or even cutting and pasting in the notes field is frustratingly difficult. Because the note area is so small, there's also a real chance of older notes getting lost.

“long-term data retention confidence”
Pros
Having data kept for more than a year is a big plus. It gives our Risk Management team real confidence that we can go back, review information and respond properly when issues come up.
Cons
From time to time, we run into problems when using Microsoft Internet Explorer which happens to be our company's preferred browser. We're aware that VTS works best in Chrome.

“Reliable fleet monitoring”
Pros
Back when I was working at a logistics company I relied on this software constantly to monitor the fleet in near real time. It turned out to be really useful for day-to-day operations and was very easy to use.
Cons

Pros
