Pros

I use modules for almost everything, like tracking fleet maintenance, processing work orders, controlling inventory and keeping financial records. It is really helpful and can easily handle our fleet's growth from 50 aircraft to over 100. The separation of duties and controls in different modules also makes it great for audit reports.

Cons

Customizations I make to the software don't always carry over to new versions when I upgrade. The reliance on Java/Tomcat has made it tough to manage security updates and patches. I also need to provide extensive training at all levels to ensure users fully understand and can use the various modules effectively.
