Good tool

Pros

I have used BSI Connect Plus for planning and conducting audits and I find it simple and easy to use. We also tried Q Pulse but stopped using its audit function because the scheduler was not working correctly so BSI Connect Plus is much more reliable. I really like the layout and usability of all BSI systems and portals. They are easy to manage and train others to use as well.

Cons

To be honest have not faced any sort of problems as it works better than other competitors products.
