Pros
Handling and mapping ISO standards works really well and in that area it is a very powerful piece of software with a wide range of functions. A lot of things already work right out of the box which is a big plus. The setup was not overly complicated and the server requirements are quite reasonable. Since users access everything through the browser, there is no need to install client-side software which makes things much more convenient. Integrations with Exchange and Active Directory are available and work reliably. On top of that, the vendor's support is excellent and our collaboration with their consultants has been very positive.
Cons
Because the software offers such a broad range of features, the user interface can feel a bit cluttered at times although the vendor has been steadily improving this.

Pros
It covers all the features we need to map our ISMS properly. It does take a bit of time to get familiar with though that's largely due to the complexity of the subject itself. Once you've really gotten into it, working with the system feels quite natural and it also includes functions that make practical day-to-day work in smaller organizations much more manageable.
Cons
The reporting features are very comprehensive but parts of them can feel a little complex to use.
