Right away, this cloud storage platform stands out for the very high level of security it provides for our data and for how strictly it respects privacy in line with the proper standards. Tresorit is also compatible with all kinds of devices and operating systems which makes it practical to use anywhere. The interface is clear and fluid, easy to understand and quick to get used to. Another thing I appreciate is that there are absolutely no ads, even when using the free version.
Cons
It's features are well designed and cover all of our needs. Still, the storage space included in the free version is very limited when compared with other similar software.

I can't really offer a positive review because the service simply doesn't fit what I need.
Cons
Customer support has been unhelpful and showed little interest in understanding my issue. I was billed for an annual subscription without any advance notice for a product that doesn't meet my needs. Even though I contacted them right away and tried to escalate the matter, my attempts were disregarded.
