Clocking in and out is one of the best parts because it's very easy. Everything you need is right on the main screen which makes it simple to keep all the login details handy. There's also a useful feature that lets you review all of your punches for each day.

Cons

Requesting time off is the part that feels frustrating. The process is confusing and nowhere near as easy as using the regular punch feature.

The ATS, background check, performance and compensation modules are extra add-ons and they don't connect as smoothly as they really should.

Across our team, this file-sharing software has been a really valuable addition. It offers secure ways to share, sync and coordinate files with colleagues which makes collaboration much more reliable. For any enterprise, this is the kind of software that is definitely worth having.

Something to keep in mind is that it helps to understand the software before getting started since learning all of its functions and features can take some time.

Managing everything through the tabs has been really convenient and easy. The tab layout works well overall although I still think the search tab was better the way it was a couple of months ago.

There have been too many changes to features that were already working fine. It would make more sense if the search tab were connected to anything you might need to look up.

Payroll, HR, onboarding, benefits, timesheets and taxes all in one platform makes daily work much more convenient! It also exports to accounting software like QuickBooks which is really helpful. On top of that, the online resources are excellent and provide solid support when needed.

Cons

Setting up does take a while and updating the permissions needed to contact support can be frustrating. Training new users or managers can also be a bit challenging especially for those who are not very comfortable with technology.

Handling payroll with the software has become much simpler and more easy for our team. On top of that, whenever something comes up with the software, its support team has been very helpful in getting it resolved.

We've run into a few problems with the clock connections and with punches transferring over correctly.

Everything tied together in the software has been incredibly helpful. I can pull up tax documents from past years, check my pay stubs and update my tax forms without needing anyone else to do it for me. Since I work multiple jobs and they all run payroll through the platform, being able to see all of my pay stubs and tax forms in one place has been especially valuable. It made tax season much less stressful when I needed to enter multiple W-2s.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the software does take some time. Parts of it feel accessible but if a company has employees with different levels of tech experience some training will probably be necessary for people to use it well. Even people who are generally tech-savvy can run into trouble with the login and password process.

Being able to clock in right from my phone was really convenient since I didn't have to use a physical time clock.

Cons

The app would freeze pretty often which meant I had to go back and manually correct my time card. Sometimes I also had to wait around before leaving work until the app started working again and that made me leave later than I wanted.

Keeping up with hours worked and pay details is really simple with this system. It's very user friendly and makes everything easy to follow.

Absolutely love using this system. It feels like the best option out there for staying on top of pay and hours.

Getting started with this platform feels very easy. The guided walkthrough right after the first login does a really good job of helping new users get familiar with the product quickly.

Overall design is fairly basic. That said I can see how adding anything more flashy would probably just increase the cost of the product without adding much value.

Switching from spreadsheets to the software has saved us a ton of time. The automated emails have been really necessary and we were able to customize the system to fit some of our company's specific timekeeping policies. Having the PTO balance displayed right on the home page is another big advantage.

Cons

It's annoying how slow the web version can be to load, it honestly feels like dial-up speed at times. Fixing a mistake after entering something in a field can also be a hassle and I often end up refreshing the page or signing back in to correct it.

Whether I'm on my PC or using my phone, I can get to my time cards quickly and enter the hours I've worked for each client program without any hassle. It also makes taking time off pretty convenient and I'm able to submit requests and check my time whenever I need to.

Cons

The frustrating part is having to update my password so often. If I forget it and get locked out, the whole process to regain access feels a bit inconvenient with all the extra steps involved.

The login process can be a bit glitchy at times and isn't always reliable. Even though we use SSO, getting signed in can still be more difficult than it should be.
