“easy to figure out”
Pros
Being able to sign in from both a computer and a phone is really convenient. The system is simple to navigate and it keeps all of our information in one place, including things like time-off requests.
Cons
At times, after logging out on my phone, the system still will not let me sign in on my computer. I have tried several fixes, contacted customer service and attempted to log in multiple times but it still acts like I am logged in on my phone when I am not.

“helpful paycheck visibility”
Pros
From an employee standpoint, the software is really useful for checking and tracking my paychecks. Being able to view my paycheck before the money actually hits my bank account is something I appreciate. It gives a clear breakdown of everything in the payment, including taxes, insurance and other deductions. I also find the YTD salary view helpful and it's simple to look up my payment history and tax documents whenever I need them.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the provider has so many different programs and it can be confusing trying to figure out which website I'm supposed to use to log in for my company. I don't really understand why there isn't a single central login for all the provider's different platforms and sometimes I end up Googling several different sites before I finally find the right login page.

“easy to use”
Pros
Navigating the software feels very easy. Getting to my paystubs is really convenient since everything I need is right there on the main page.

At times, the platform takes a while to load and every now and then it doesn't load at all.

“fast access and smooth HR tools”
Pros
Between how simple it is to use and how quickly everything is accessible, this software and app work almost smoothly for both HR staff and employees.
Cons
The website login can be a little confusing at first but once you have the right link, everything works just fine.

“support delays with scanner setup”
Pros
Once everything is finally set up and running, it's very easy for employees to clock in. We use the software fingerprint scanner and it makes clock-ins fast and convenient for staff.
Cons
Where this has been frustrating is the setup process and the level of support. We've ordered fingerprint scanners several times and they still haven't arrived configured the way we were told they would. On top of that, getting help from support usually takes multiple calls just to complete a single issue. The team is always polite and reassuring but in reality we've had to keep following up and repeating ourselves before anything actually gets resolved.

“compliance issues and poor support”
Pros
There are plenty of features in the software and it can fit the needs of just about any company. We used it as our HRIS and payroll system for a couple of years.
Cons
A few mistakes on their end created compliance problems which was a serious issue for us. We ended up moving to another provider and haven't regretted it. After switching, we contacted them for some record details and the experience was awful, they were unhelpful and still seemed bitter that we had left.

“Solid core features”
Pros
From day one, the software has been pretty easy for both employees and administrators to work with. It covers a strong range of core functions that fit the needs of most organizations well although companies with more than 1,000 employees may notice it falls short on some enterprise-level features.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the Company Policies section. It would be more useful if it were designed to target specific employee groups rather than broader classes of employees.

“best employee self-service”
Pros
Right from the start, the customer service has been outstanding. The online employee self-service feature is fantastic and saves me a ton of time. I'd definitely say the software is by far the best payroll application out there. It's very flexible and simple to use!
Cons
There are a few minor glitches here and there but everything else more than makes up for them.

“open enrollment made simple”
Pros
Open enrollment is really easy with this system. It's very user friendly and walks you step by step through every section that needs your attention.
Cons
I accidentally entered my children as beneficiaries instead of dependents which meant I couldn't choose them as dependents for certain benefits. There wasn't a way to fix that on the website so I had to reach out to my administrator but she handled the update quickly without any trouble.

Accessing the pay system is easy and it lays everything out in a clear way that's simple to understand.

The only downside that comes to mind is being required to use two-step verification which is pretty frustrating.

“powerful features”
Pros
There are a ton of features packed into this platform. When it comes to handling payroll issues, I really haven't come across a better option especially one that offers this much functionality.
Cons
The software isn't the most user friendly option available. It works well but it still feels like there should be simpler ways to accomplish some tasks.

“helpful analytics and tax breakdowns”
Pros
Running analytics in this system is very useful and the platform itself is not overly complicated to work with. It's easy enough that you don't need to be an expert to navigate it. One feature I really appreciate is being able to break down the taxes being withheld since it lets me clearly see how much of my money is going to each taxable source.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that some of the customization gets lost when system upgrades are rolled out. I'd really prefer to keep all of the custom settings I've added in place after an update.

“handy team visibility”
Pros
Having a clear view of my direct reports along with everyone on their teams has been really useful. I also rely on the app when I'm away from my desk and that convenience makes a big difference.
Cons

“accessible for daily tasks”
Pros
Switching to the software was pretty smooth on my end because the layout is easy and it was easy to tell where everything was. I only use it for basic things but it handles those really well for me, like clocking in and out, submitting time-off requests and checking my pay stubs. We moved over to the software recently and I was able to learn my way around without any help almost right away.
Cons
The biggest inconvenience for me is that my older phone isn't supported so I can't sign in through the web on that device. I've heard there's an app too but since my phone is outdated, that doesn't help me either. Because of that, I can't clock in or out from my phone anymore although I realize this is probably only an issue for a small number of people. I also ran into a password problem once when the system wouldn't accept it so I had to keep changing it and I really dislike not being allowed to reuse an older password since that just adds another one to remember. Still, I assume most systems have similar password rules.

Pros
Having access to my timecard whenever I need it has been really useful. I can also print my W2s right away instead of waiting for them to arrive in the mail and it's convenient to check my pay statements anytime I want or need to.
Cons

“Accurate details”
Pros
I can sign in without hassle, enter my work hours and trust that HR will see the information and process my pay correctly. It's also convenient to have a simple way to track my hours, look back at previous paychecks, check my vacation and sick time balances and review the benefits my company provides.
Cons
The downside is that it still feels a little outdated. Pages can take some time to load in my browser and the overall design comes across as somewhat outdated even after the update it had late last year.
