“outdated interface needs work”

Pros

There's good access to information and the platform does seem to keep improving over time.

Cons

The user interface really needs an overhaul though. Some sections still look like they were built ten years ago.

“So convenient!”

Pros

From an employee's side, using it for clocking in, clocking out and submitting vacation requests was pretty easy and convenient.

Cons

On the employee side, I really didn't have any issues. The challenge came more from the manager/admin side, where parts of the system felt harder to work with. One frustrating example was the sign-in and sign-out alerts, it would flag every person who was even within 10 minutes early or late and then each one had to be manually approved and updated.

Pros

Being able to route PTO requests through the system and make them visible across the team is really helpful. It lets people quickly see whether taking time off is even possible without having to wait around for someone to confirm it first.

Cons

It does glitch from time to time. When signing in through a browser, it will randomly say you can't be logged into more than one software session at once even when that's not actually the case. At that point, the only way to move forward is usually clearing cookies. It's still completely usable but definitely a little irritating.

“I enjoyed using this tool”

Pros

Having everything in one place has been fantastic! I can check my work hours anytime, see exactly how much PTO I have available and clock in and out without any hassle. Being able to use it from my phone makes it even better and I've really enjoyed using it.

Cons

At times, updates can take a little while to sync with the system.

“Perfect for HR”

Pros

Used the right way, this can serve as a central hub for an HR department. Employees appreciate having all of their HR information available in one place. Handling time-off requests (whether viewing, submitting or approving them) is very easy. It's also really convenient to have pay stubs online where they can be viewed, saved and printed whenever needed.

Cons

There's also a feature for setting goals and managing performance reviews but it's not very user friendly. Some of that may come from how awkward the performance review process is in general but the setup for Goals and the way they have to connect to reviews feels outdated, confusing and harder to use than it should be.

Pros

Having quick access to employee time details, including past schedules, is really helpful and the system does a wonderful job of keeping that information available when needed.

Cons

Using the interface can be pretty outdated and confusing. Even simple tasks take repeating the same steps over and over just to enter basic information so it doesn't feel very user friendly.

There aren't many issues beyond the fact that it isn't very user friendly and it doesn't really let you review your punches or confirm that you're using the correct cues.

Everything is very simple to use, with multiple functions all in one place and I can log in whether I'm at the office or working from home.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints, it's an excellent software!

At least the payroll piece generally does its job and employees still receive their pay correctly.

Cons

Compared with other platforms, this software feels far behind. It runs slowly, the interface is outdated, the design isn't responsive and there's very little flexibility to configure it the way you need. On top of that, customer service is truly terrible.

It's the system my company uses so that's the platform we work with.

Cons

The software still relies on Flash which already makes it feel outdated. If I were scoring the user experience by itself, I'd give it a 1 or 2. The navigation isn't accessible and some of the buttons feel unnecessary or duplicate the same functions.

The interface has a modern feel and the graphs do a nice job of breaking down my paycheck so I can see what's being deducted.

Cons

At the same time, the options feel a little too stripped down. It's frustrating not being able to see the exact tax amounts separated by state and federal since it just shows everything under one taxes label. The same thing happens with retirement contributions because money going into different accounts gets lumped together instead of being shown individually. Updating my address was also more inconvenient than it should have been. Changing a name or phone number is easy but anything beyond that takes some trial and error to figure out.

Pros

Right from the start, the software has been convenient and very user friendly. It gives companies a simple way to share news, announcements and quick links which helps employees navigate the system without any trouble. Things like calendars, pay stubs and calculators are always just one click away. In my opinion, every company should be using a system like this. It's simple for employees of all ages to pick up and learn and I would absolutely recommend the software.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any real negatives to mention about the software. If anything, I'd guess our company probably isn't using the platform to its full potential and even with that, I still really love it.

Being able to track and view every pay stub in one place has been really helpful.

Cons

I'm still signing in with the login from my previous company but I can still access all the pay stubs from my current job.

Pros

Navigating the software feels very easy and the layout is simple to follow. It comes with a lot of useful tools that really help with day-to-day tasks.

Cons

One area that could use some work is reporting. It would be better if the reports offered more customization since pulling exactly what you need can feel a bit inconvenient at times.

Pros

One thing that really works well with this product is how comprehensive it is while still being user friendly. The reporting features and analytics tools are especially valuable and they're both highly customizable and simple to work with. For a large organization like ours, the software makes it much easier to stay organized, run reports and keep employee information updated efficiently.

Cons

That said, there are some system limitations that create challenges for our company. We operate with multiple company codes and Employee IDs do not automatically populate across those codes which makes handling a high volume of new hires more difficult. Another issue is with employees who hold more than one job at the same time, the secondary job information can only be tracked in custom fields and those fields do not allow for an effective date.

The system does crash from time to time which leads to having to repeat tasks more often than I'd like.

“I'm impressed”

Pros

Seeing the numbers laid out this way is surprisingly addictive. The charts in the app give a lot of insight into where your earnings are going and really help break down what you make by the hour. Having everything available in an app makes it even more useful.

Cons

The first-time login through my company was a bit inconvenient and I'm not sure whether it came down to some kind of miscommunication. They also required an email address which added another step.

Pros

Using the mobile app has been really convenient and the layout is very simple to navigate. I also appreciate how it gives a clear visual breakdown of my paycheck which makes everything easier to understand. Another big plus is being able to log in and access my W-2 online instead of having to wait for it to come in the mail.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a dashboard with a few more features especially the ability to view older pay stubs.

“helpful shift reminders”

Pros

This is a easy app for scheduling and it does a really nice job of sending employees reminders both the night before and again before their shift. That way, they know exactly when they are working without needing to check the schedule every day. I really appreciate how simple it is and it helps keep everyone aligned.

Cons

It can feel a little redundant when everyone is already using the software and may also be getting their schedules by email. Still, it works much better for employees who are constantly calling or texting to ask which days they are scheduled. In those situations, this app is especially useful.

“Great product”

Pros

Clocking in and out is really convenient and it gives quick access to W-2s, time cards and vacation balances all in one place.

Cons

The downside is that you need to have a clock-in/out account set up before you can view your information.
