easy support and billing

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to access customer support, track my time, handle billing and make payments. It's all simple and the value for money is definitely there.

Cons

I don't love the scheduling format. It would be great if I could change the colors for shifts and different job types to make it easier to use.

Reliable but not efficient

Pros

The support I get for payroll and tax issues is amazing. There's always a team ready to jump in and help and I'm really grateful for that. Plus, the custom reporting options in aDP are really flexible. I also have a direct rep at aDP who isn't just tech support, he genuinely cares about finding solutions and always makes time to help.

Cons

For me it's very hard to adapt to this tool. There are things we could or should have access to but we don't yet because the company moves at the pace of a bigger business. some features and responses can be rigid so we sometimes have to work around them.

Frustrating support, tickets closed unresolved

Pros

Customer support is frustrating. It takes forever to get someone to address my concerns and I've had tickets closed multiple times without being resolved.

Cons

It's not great. Honestly, I think there are better options out there that would serve us better.

Logging in is very easy even if I forget my password. everything I need is right on the dashboard and very easy to find.

Cons

my least favorite part about aDP is the paycheck viewer. The PDF isn't always easy to read on my phone.

excellent support but the integration is lacking

Honestly, the fact that it is such a well-known brand sold me. When I reached out to customer support, they were quick and helpful. That good reputation, combined with positive reviews, made it easy to trust.

Cons

There's not much I can think of. maybe it could integrate more smoothly with other software companies use. It's a great platform on its own but we need to integrate with other systems too.

Valuable asset for HR teams

It is easy to use and does a great job organizing everything, especially for HR management and payroll. It's very user-friendly.

Cons

Before I was hired, I was told I'd get an email from aDP Workforce to fill in my details. I never received it so I had to figure out how to log in on my own. Once I got in, everything went smoothly.

Best tool for time tracking

Pros

I really enjoy using this app. It handles time tracking well, communication is smooth and the reports are accurate. Plus, I can update my billing info whenever I need to. Totally worth the money and the customer support is great whenever I need help.

Cons

Overall everything has been great. The only issue I've had is when someone loses their number and needs it updated but you can't log in without it.

Now that I've been using it, I love how easy it is to complete PR. I enjoy the chat feature which lets me multitask while waiting for support to resolve my issue.

Cons

The frustration of not knowing why something happens sometimes weighs on me. getting bad info from customer support is tough but we just power through it.

as a payroll admin, I found this system very friendly. The time calculations are accurate and tracking payroll hours is also very easy.

Cons

my company recently switched to a new way of accessing employee payroll. Now, it's just one click to not only see payroll but also employee info, emergency contacts and more. It's way simpler than having two different aDP access points.

It offers basic course titles to cover mandatory harassment training, some personal and professional development, as well as safety and OSHA training.

Cons

It does not send automatic reminders to staff who need to take a refresher course because they live in certain states. Course completion tracking is also not an easy process, and metrics are impossible to figure out.
