It really makes payroll processing easy with its simple interface. The dashboard is user-friendly and the reports are top-notch.

Cons

I've had issues with customer support where my problems took longer than usual to get fixed. Their response time can be very slow.

Pros

In my experience, it has everything you need, from tax info to your pay stub. You can adjust your W4 whenever you want and it even lets you compare pay and deductions each month.

Cons

adjusting my W4 a year ago was a issue but now the process is much easier and works well.

The branding and sales materials really impressed me and the idea of having a single-source platform sounded really appealing.

I've found there's a lack of accountability, poor support and a frustrating user experience. The system actually created more work for HR, not less.

We use aDP for tracking salaries, deductions and everything payroll-related. I really like the user interface & it's organized and easy to set up and use. It's a amazing app overall.

Don't really have any cons. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and gives me the information I need about my pay.

The Face ID login is very efficient. Being with a new company has let me discover even more great features I didn't know about before.

The navigation bar at the top of the window bothers me. I wish it were lower because it's inconvenient to reach that high. maybe it should be at the bottom?

I've used aDP in a few past jobs. I love that I can easily review and approve my timecard, check my pay and see my pay stubs.

every time I made a change to my information, it needed to be verified, so the change didn't happen immediately.

It's very easy to use. Whether you're on your phone or computer, everything is just a click away.

I don't have any dislikes. I've used it for many years and it's always been great. any issues I've had have been because of company restrictions on mobile features.

aDP Workforce Now is super easy to use for payroll. I can access it both on my computer and mobile devices.

During onboarding, it was tough to ensure that all features of it were set up properly.

I am glad I can use it on both my computer and phone to check my pay stubs, print them, view my benefits and check my timecard.

I can't check in to start work from the app so if that feature were available this app would be the best.

Pretty cool that it's an all-in-one platform for back-office tasks like payroll and tips and it's great for employees to check their info like PTO and clock-in times.

Cons

It glitches a lot on mobile and the frequent password changes make it hard for employees to log in. It can be confusing for everyone.

It's easy to use and I like that our company can add useful links to the homepage like the employee handbook and benefits.

The homepage seems to change on its own. I'm not sure if it's because of company changes or updates.

aDP makes it simple to track clocked-in hours, PTO availability and PTO requests. It's also easy to access check stubs and tax documents.

It's a bit tricky to use at first to get to HR or time-off request sections. Locating tax documents was also difficult.

It works, even if some functions can be hard to find or the correct aDP URL isn't clear.

The integration with past employments could be improved. It's not a one-stop place for all the relevant needs.

It's great for checking payroll and tax forms. In my previous job, we also used it for vacation requests.

To me, the UI was confusing. It wasn't the easiest to submit a PTO or vacation request, for example.

my company recently switched to a new way of accessing employee payroll. Now, it's just one click to not only see payroll but also employee info, emergency contacts and more. It's way simpler than having two different aDP access points.

When I'm on one employee's time card and hit the next arrow, it doesn't take me to the next employee on my list.

The interface is interactive and well-organized and very easy to use for both employees and managers.

Cons

Client entries appear as numbers instead of names which makes it more time-consuming for me to review them.

Pros

I think the app is simple and smooth. Clocking in and out is easy and my employer can give us updates on office closures or delays directly in the app.

There aren't many cons. The phone app didn't crash much and I didn't have bug issues. I also didn't have accessibility problems in the app.

It's a comprehensive HCm platform with a lot of features for businesses. I highly recommended this!

Their customer service and support have been lacking when problems come up, making it difficult for me to fix and adjust issues.
