“Buggy reporting for team data”
Pros
The latest version has a much more simplified interface and getting around it feels far more simple than it did before. The overall layout makes it noticeably quicker to locate important payroll and HR documents without having to dig through overwhelming menus.
Cons
Reporting still falls short especially for managers who need fast, actionable insights. Filtering for specific team data can feel buggy and the built-in templates don't always include the unique metrics we need for tracking performance and attendance without adding extra steps.

“recruitment and benefits well covered”
Pros
Recruitment is well covered thanks to the built-in applicant tracking system and the benefits side is a big plus since they serve as a large broker for health, dental and 401(k) plans. Onboarding also fits nicely into the process, with digital paperwork and background checks already built into the workflow.
Cons
The downside is that the design still feels pretty buggy. Even though ADP has been making updates, a lot of the ecosystem especially Workforce Now, still looks and behaves like something from the early 2000s. Simple actions can be hidden under too many menus and clicks. There's also a real learning curve because despite how capable the system is, it's not very simple. New admins usually need several hours of training just to run a basic payroll cycle correctly without making mistakes.

“User-friendly with good connections”
Pros
Navigating feels very user-friendly and one thing I really appreciate is that it connects well with other platforms.
Cons
Only concern I ran into was when uploading multiple documents because of the file size limits but it wasn't a major issue overall.

“quick paystub and benefit access on phone”
Pros
Using ADP for workforce payroll has been really helpful because I can quickly check my pay stubs, hours and benefit time all in one place. Since I'm constantly on the go, getting it set up on my phone was simple and convenient. The app is free and it stays updated reliably.
Cons
The only issue I ran into with ADP was while figuring out how to navigate between my different jobs within the system.

“tax preferences options are simple”
Pros
whether I'm submitting time off or updating my tax preferences getting around the platform feels very simple. It's user-friendly and doesn't take much effort to use.
Cons
Something that bothers me is the required password changes on a set schedule. A lot of tech companies have moved away from that because it doesn't really seem useful anymore.

“Complex with learning curve for small business”
Pros
The system is quite powerful and has the functionality needed for larger companies. It makes more sense for bigger organizations than for a one-person operation.
Cons
It's fairly complex and comes with a steep learning curve. That said once you get past that learning curve, it does become easier to work with.

“simple management and good value”
Pros
It's simple to manage day to day. It also feels like a good value for the cost. Our employees are happy using it especially for tracking their time logs.
Cons
There are times when the app doesn't perform as well as it should so the experience isn't always smooth. It would be better if they improved the app and made it run more efficiently.

“felt simple with wide product range”
Pros
There was a wide range of products available to choose from. My company relied on it for quite a while.
Cons
Compared with some other products I've used, it's a bit less adaptable but it's still an overall high-quality product.

“convenient with no problems in four years!!”
Pros
I used it for four years and never ran into any problems. It's a simple and reliable way to clock in.
Cons
The reporting part can be frustrating. Sometimes it's hard to access the weekly report and it feels more difficult to use than in other systems.

“Pay statements at your fingertips”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now has a well-designed setup and getting around the system is simple. It makes searching for my pay statements quick and simple which is the part I appreciate most.
Cons
A few features in ADP Workforce Now feel a bit inconvenient to use and that's the part I like least about it.

“Outstanding time tracking value”
Pros
Considering the price this app delivers a lot. The communication setup is very simple and the time tracking works exceptionally well. Honestly I haven't come across a better app.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. It's a solid app with a strong foundation and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who asks.

“onboarding works, workflows don't”
Pros
The onboarding process was a positive part of using it. The steps felt simple and were fairly simple to navigate for the most part.
Cons
The workflow tools and the I-9 processing were the areas that gave me trouble. Those tasks were not always simple to complete and I did not consistently have an easy time getting them done.

“pay and tax details at a glance”
Pros
As an employee rather than an admin I've had a very positive experience with it. The system is simple to navigate and it's simple to pull up tax statements, check pay rates and enter time and attendance without any hassle.
Cons
Once in a while the dropdown menu in the timesheet section doesn't behave the way it should when selecting codes. Even with that occasional issue, my overall experience has still been very positive.

“Reliable support and timely reports”
Pros
The customer service has been excellent and the system is user-friendly with reports that come through on time. Whenever I've had an issue and reached out, it has always been resolved.
Cons
There are times when the wait to reach customer service is longer than I'd like but the callback option is helpful since it means I don't have to stay on hold.

Pros
Having payroll, HR, benefits and time tracking all together in one system works really well. The mobile app is also convenient for checking pay stubs and clocking in or out.

“Helpful payroll access”
Pros
Using this website has been really convenient as an employee. It's simple to navigate and I can quickly check my pay stubs, tax forms and any other company information I need without any hassle.

“Single web login”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now has been a reliable and simple way to manage and review payroll for both the company and employees and being able to access it through a web login makes it very convenient.
Cons
It would be even better if the login could be integrated with secure single sign-on so users could open it directly from the company intranet without needing a separate login.

“Hnady year-end reporting”
Pros
It helps keep our whole process efficient. It also turns out all of our year-end reports quickly and on schedule which takes a lot of pressure off our team.
Cons

“Consistent data once you learn it”
Pros
Once you know where everything lives all the information you need is there. I also appreciate that the system doesn't change often so there's a nice sense of consistency.
Cons
The interface still has plenty of room for improvement. The layout feels cluttered and not very simple which makes it harder than it should be to locate things. A more thoughtful organization of the different types of data would really improve the experience for me.
