“Flexible onboarding support”
Pros
Getting new employees onboarded was much more manageable with this flexible system. It really helped me through the onboarding process and handled most of what I needed.
Cons
Customer service side could definitely be better. Long hold times and a somewhat indifferent attitude made the experience pretty frustrating.

“Responsive support every time”
Pros
Whenever I've needed help the customer support team has been very attentive and makes sure I'm not left with unanswered questions about the service. It's also simple to access and their response time is impressively fast.
Cons
The only downside is that they call quite often. I know they're just trying to be helpful but the frequency could definitely be reduced. If I have a question, I'd rather reach out myself.

“all-in-one HR powerhouse”
Pros
Having HR and payroll in one place has been a big plus. It combines payroll, time tracking, benefits and employee information in a single centralized system which makes managing everything much more efficient.
Cons
User interface can feel outdated and not very simple. Things like running reports or moving between features often take extra time to figure out and customer support is sometimes slow or inconsistent which makes the experience more frustrating.

“Convenient payroll access”
Pros
Getting paid a day early is a really nice perk and having my income details, benefits, tax documents, tax filing access and everything else in one place makes the platform very convenient to use.
Cons
It's missing is a built-in template that can support the specific layout and format my company uses for paychecks and PTO.

“My positive review”
Pros
Having everything in one place really makes ADP Workforce Now convenient to use. The setup is very user-friendly and the system is simple overall. Customer service has been awesome whenever questions come up and issues get resolved right away. Reporting is also readily accessible which makes finding the information I need much simpler.
Cons
There may be a bit of a learning curve. That said it doesn't take long to learn and once you get familiar with the system, it becomes comfortable to use.

“Fair pricing”
Pros
Once you get familiar with the layout, the platform is pretty simple to navigate. Pulling reports inside the system is simple and it's not hard to locate the reports you need. The pricing is also competitive.
Cons
One downside is the lack of a dedicated support contact you can call directly. There also isn't a specific email assigned to handle your issues so everything goes into a general mailbox which can be frustrating at times. Compared with Paychex, the customer service feels weaker.

“w2 uploads save time”
Pros
Something that really helps with ADP Workforce Now is how well it connects with software like QuickBooks so employees can upload their W-2s directly. That saves a lot of time and also cuts down on mistakes.
Cons
Most of the time, you have to depend on another party to handle the password reset. After using ADP for years, being locked out is still one of the biggest headaches. It can also be confusing when you've used it with a different company before because it sometimes keeps that other company linked to your account.

“website is user-friendly and self-explanatory”
Pros
Right from the start the website feels very user-friendly. Almost everything can be done on your own with just a few clicks and the whole system is very self-explanatory.
Cons
I can't think of a single negative thing to mention. Everything works amazingly well and the customer service is quick and always on point.

“solid value with attentive support”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now has been a really solid value for the money. The customer support is helpful, the system is user-friendly and the reporting tools are useful. Communication is clear and the year-end W-2 process makes it much easier to stay organized when tax time comes around.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is having to create a separate profile every time you start with a new company that uses ADP. That part would be manageable but it doesn't connect any of your historical information from previous jobs that also used ADP. Because of that, keeping track of different logins and passwords can be a hassle.

“simple for paychecks and tax docs”
Pros
This software is pretty simple when it comes to checking payroll, looking back at pay history and accessing tax documents. It's also useful that I can apply for company openings through the site and refer people within the internal network.
Cons
At times the ADP website can be a little difficult to navigate and after my company moved to Rippling, it became clear that Rippling felt easier to use.

“Personalized service with smooth modules”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the personalized customer service. The product itself is very solid and covers what you need and most of the modules flow together smoothly.
Cons
It still could use some updates especially when it comes to navigation. A few modules feel dated and would benefit from a more modern look and feel.

“pay stubs and forms simple to access”
Pros
Getting to pay stubs and tax forms is simple and the reporting tools are solid for both HR and payroll needs. The compliance features are useful and it does a good job handling benefits administration and employee records in one place.
Cons
The interface feels a bit dated and some features are buried behind too many clicks. Reports can be a little confusing when you're first learning them and setting up new features isn't always very simple.

“Customer service is hit or miss and navigation outdated”
Pros
ADP benefits from strong brand recognition and a long-standing presence in the market which gives it a level of credibility. It also brings together a broad set of HR and payroll features within a single system.
Cons
Support has been hit or miss and response times are often slower than they should be. On top of that, the platform is not very simple and the outdated navigation makes even basic tasks harder to complete without extra training.

“all hr and payroll in one system”
Pros
Everything from payroll and HR to benefits, time tracking, timesheets, reporting and communication is brought together in one system with ADP Workforce Now. It offers solid value and dependable support and it's a reliable option for mid-sized to larger businesses.
Cons
There are frequent updates and the platform can be difficult to navigate at times because of its steep learning curve. It's a better fit for organizations that can put time into training and have dedicated HR staff available to manage it properly.

Pros
Having HR and payroll tools together in ADP Workforce Now is really helpful. When the system is working the way it should, it's very convenient to manage payroll, benefits and employee information all in one integrated platform.

“simple for small retail operation”
Pros
Running a small retail business with just a handful of employees was much more manageable with this software. It was simple to use and worked especially well for a smaller operation.
Cons
I didn't run into any real downsides with this software. That said it feels better suited to small businesses and not something I'd choose for a large company.

“Value moderate but no complaints”
Pros
Tracking time and approving hours is simple and reporting missing pay or setting things up, including adding personal details, takes very little time.
Cons
The value for money feels moderate although the features are fair for the price. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints since it's a very good app.

“all tax forms in one place!!”
Pros
No matter which company you've worked for, as long as they use ADP, all of your tax forms from those jobs are available in one place. That's the part I appreciate most about ADP.
Cons
The part I liked least was that it would occasionally glitch and lock me out of my account and I'd end up having to call IT to get back in.

“all-in-one platform very efficient”
Pros
Having payroll, HR, benefits and time tracking all in one place has made a big difference for us. ADP Workforce Now gives us a centralized platform to handle workforce operations and that all-in-one setup has been very efficient overall.
Cons
If someone is brand new to the system, it can feel a little overwhelming at first and somewhat complex to navigate. The cost is also higher compared with more basic HR and payroll platforms.
