The interface is clean and user-friendly. I really like the modern, sleek layout & it's flexible and simple.
Cons
I don't have anything bad to say about the platform. I've been using it for years and it's really reliable that's what keeps aDP so well-known. The color scheme could use some updating, though but that's about it.

I can sign in and see my statements easily and printing them is also very simple. Changing my password is just as simple.
Cons

For me, it is easy to use and the mobile app is great for my employees. Tax statements are simple to retrieve and download.
Cons
There are very few areas left to improve. The web interface could be better when trying to select a specific employee.

The interface is really interactive. The dashboard shows me everything I need and the notifications keep me in the loop about what's going on.
Cons

It offers basic course titles to cover mandatory harassment training, some personal and professional development, as well as safety and OSHA training.
Cons
It does not send automatic reminders to staff who need to take a refresher course because they live in certain states. Course completion tracking is also not an easy process, and metrics are impossible to figure out.

UI looks clean and modern. The recent updates have been great especially the feature to add, adjust or estimate pay and it totally changed our workflow for the better.
Cons
The tax reporting functionality leaves a lot to be desired. I understand they're working on improvements but it's pretty cumbersome right now and there's been minimal communication about it. They frequently roll out changes without giving users a heads up about what's coming or how these updates will actually affect your day-to-day operations.

I am really impressed with how the Employment Profile and Pay Profiles are set up. The way it's presented visually makes everything easy to use.
Cons

Pros
I find it incredibly user-friendly and I love how much you can customize it to fit your business. The customer support team is fantastic and they're always quick to answer, whether I email or call and their availability across different time zones is a huge help. We use it for payroll twice a month and for HR tasks almost daily. The interface is friendly and setting up rules and policies is so simple.
Cons
Main thing I'd like to see improved is having more support staff available across different time zones.

I love how versatile it is. The different modules make it convenient to handle all our HR stuff in one central spot.
Cons
The support team has some real standouts who are fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, not all customer account specialists provide the same level of service. I've experienced tickets sitting open for three weeks only to be closed without any actual resolution which is pretty frustrating.
