Pros
What I love most about this software is how easily I can track the status of every application, whether is new, pending or from the past. The notes section and the different stage assignments make communicating with our team incredibly smooth. Plus the automated rejection emails save us a lot of time. They are also great because they let applicants know they might not be right for one job but could be a perfect fit for another role later on. Overall the whole system makes the hiring, interview and pre-screening process so efficient that even the candidates are impressed when they call us back. I can pull up all their information instantly which really shows a level of professionalism that makes our company stand out.
Cons
my only small suggestion is that it would be really helpful if there were a way to select a large group of applicants and send rejection letters for the same position all at once. This might already be a feature but I just have not figured out how to do it yet.

“Useful but has room to grow”
Pros
It is fairly easy to use and I really like the resume feature. Plus I can see how many times someone has applied which is useful.
Cons
Right now I only get emails for complete applications. It would also be helpful to receive leads for inquiries that are not finished yet. another great feature would be a gender option on the application form. That way, I can properly address applicants with titles like mr. or ms. when they have gender-neutral names.

I'm a big fan of how they've set this up. It's not fancy or flashy. From the minute you start, you're not confused. everything is where you think it should be. It's one of the least frustrating systems I've ever had to learn, it basically has no learning curve, which is amazing

Okay, so the best part is how it automatically groups all the applicants by the specific job opening. No more messy spreadsheets! Plus, you can set up a must-have question that automatically weeds out people who don't meet the basic criteria. It's seriously a huge time-saver and super easy to figure out.
Cons
The app does not group all applications from the same applicant into one profile which leads to duplicate applications. This makes it harder for us to rehire previous applicants.

Cons
I noticed that the texting system has a few glitches like when you receive a message, it pops up multiple times like 5 to 10 times until you click off and back on.

It was very easy to use and user friendly before the update. also I love that it keeps track of emails sent to candidates.
Cons
In the beginning I liked that it was a stand-alone platform but we eventually moved our applicant tracking over to our payroll system to make the onboarding process a lot easier and faster.

applicantstack is amazing because it tracks everything about an applicant from their applications and notes to all our emails. The texting and email functions are a total lifesaver and make the whole recruiting process so much smoother.
Cons
I had trouble finding multiple applications for the same person as they were not linked. One applicant had seven applications and each time I searched for her name, I had to figure out which one I was working with.

sending onboarding documents and reviewing applicants is not a problem anymore thanks to applicantstack.
Cons
Umm process of moving an applicant from the interview stage to hiring and onboarding could be a lot smoother. Right now I sometimes have to manually place someone into the onboarding process which feels like an extra step. also the way applicants see the onboarding section especially the medical questionnaire and direct deposit form often confuses them. The layout is not as clear as it could be. and applicants don't always transfer over to Wellsky automatically and there is no clear explanation for why it happens. so some better error messages or tracking would really help.
