Cons
Their customer service could be better. They often take a while to respond and there have been instances where they did not have a solution for my issues.

“Completely lost access after canceling”
Pros
Once everything was set up, it became very easy for us to use. I have nothing else to share when it comes to pros.
Cons
I noticed that once you cancel your subscription, you completely lose access to your past customer service history. Our office manager did not save the onboarding paperwork and despite my repeated attempts to retrieve it, I have not received any response or help from the company.

With just one click, it automatically sends emails to candidates and lets us move them through different hiring stages smoothly which is awesome.
Cons
The one thing I don't like about it is that I cannot keep comments on some candidates resumes once they have been reviewed.
