applicantstack software is simple to use and I like that all the information is neatly organized in one place.
Cons
To be honest I did not like the candidate search feature as it is not the best because it does not let us search with just a few letters of a name. You have to type the whole thing out which can slow you down.

Cons
We have duplicate applicant entries in our axisCare system but I'd rather deal with that than having no applicants at all!

In my opinion, the ability to create customizable URLs for job positions to share with internal recruiters and partners was an absolute lifesaver. It made tracking candidates and linking them back to their original sources pretty simple. The customizable reporting feature was also a fantastic addition that gave us really useful insights.
Cons
Only way to associate duplicate candidates who applied or submitted is by their email address. also it would be great to have other filters to spot candidate duplication. and I would love to see some sort of customizable graphical report option. While reports can be exported and then used to create visuals, it would be better if it had an integrated tool for this.

I love how affordable the program is and how perfect applicantstack is for small to mid-sized businesses.
Cons
One thing I did not like is that it lacks a reference check program or a vendor partner like Harver. It would also be helpful if the client support contact info was displayed on the main screen after login. Lastly I wish we could reset applicants passwords on our own.

It is powerful enough to easily handle a huge number of candidates and all their data.
Cons
I noticed that it seems to have real trouble actually reaching people. as a lot of the emails we send through it never get delivered, even after we have asked recipients to whitelist the address. It's been a very frustrating and ongoing problem.

The website is quite simple and I use it for 8 hours daily.
Cons
Running reports often shows inconsistent results. sometimes an applicant will appear in one person's search but not in anothers, even when using the exact same criteria. Texting also becomes difficult when you receive a lot of messages in a single day. so it would be really helpful to have a dedicated text tab, just like the email tab to make searching through conversations much easier. also having phone numbers formatted in a standard way would make them much easier to search for and identify quickly.
