Handling all the paperwork is so simple, everything just stays organized automatically. The recruiting tools are great for tracking candidates and getting around the system is easy with simple clicks.

Pros
after struggling with clunky systems, this is a dream. The interface is so friendly I never have to hunt for anything.
Cons
I can't make one long shift with different pay rates. I have to cut the shift into smaller pieces for each rate which is annoying.

Pros
Having everything in one spot that connects directly to our accounting system has been fantastic. We've cut down on so much paperwork, can download new hire forms digitally and have completely gotten rid of physical files.
Cons
Managers can't download the forms they need to fill out. Only admins can which makes things difficult.

Pros
Picked this up with zero training and the interface is so simple. Using the system just feels natural and now it's a part of my daily routine. It's been a game changer for keeping my workflow smooth and everything organized.
Cons
It's hard to get help. You can't call anyone and they take a long time to email back. I really wish I could just call or chat with someone when I have a problem.
