Nice multi location tool

Pros

I appreciate being able to see if candidates are already in the hiring process at other properties. It saves me time and prevents unnecessary calls.

Cons

It is not very intuitive for those without formal training, especially regarding linking it to job boards like Indeed.

Helpful dashboard, spotty search feature

Pros

Dashboard is flexible and gives our HR team a quick, easy-to-read snapshot of where every candidate stands.

Cons

Every now and then, I try to search for a specific candidate and I just can't find them in the system. It's frustrating.

speedy and smooth to use

Pros

Very easy to use. We're responding to candidates so much faster now and following up is way more efficient. I love the customization options and overall, it's just incredibly smooth to use. I'd definitely recommend it!!!

Quick contact needs a calendar

Pros

I can reach out to potential hires instantly through text and email. In today's competitive job market, that speed is everything for connecting with good candidates.

Cons

Thing I'd change is adding a calendar integration for recruiters. It would be amazing if candidates could just book their interview times directly based on our availability. It would save us so much time spent on back-and-forth texting.

good tools, frustrating search method

Pros

The integration with external job sites works flawlessly and I like that the onboarding includes ADP. There are great options for customizing things, plus handy internal tools for contacting and texting candidates. My favorite part is being able to create, send and get offer letters signed all right inside the system.

Cons

The search function is frustrating. I can't just easily search through resumes for a specific keyword or skill. Instead, I end up digging through old job postings to find what I'm looking for. The reporting tools are another headache. You can make reports but it takes so much trial and error to get basic information that should be simple to pull. Honestly, it doesn't feel like it was built for bigger companies that do a lot of recruiting.

super-interactive pipelines, but an outreach black hole

Pros

The pipelines are very interactive. I love that I can hook a bunch of our systems together to make one smooth recruiting workflow.

Cons

I can't tell if the candidates I'm trying to reach have actually opened my emails or messages. It's a bit of a black hole.

a texting lifesaver for modern recruiting

Pros

Being able to text applicants right from the system is a lifesaver. Email is fine but everyone wants a quick text back these days. This feature totally changed how I stay in touch.

Cons

Man, refreshing job postings is very tedious. I understand it's to keep things current on all the job boards but it still feels like a chore.

smooth from day one, reports not so much

Pros

I found this so easy to figure out from day one. There was no training when I started but I got the hang of it in just a few minutes and was already using it without any issues.

Cons

Running reports is a real pain point for me. They're just not easy at all and I always struggle to get what I need.

Onboarding is magic, when you can find the candidate

Pros

It breaks down onboarding into these little, manageable steps that I can assign to people with just a click.

Cons

It can be surprisingly tough to find a candidate if all I have to go on is their name. The search doesn't always pull them up.

I love how simple everything is. If I need to change something, it's really easy to adjust.

Cons

Pros

setting up this applicant tracking system was easy. I like that it's so user-friendly for my team and for the people applying to our jobs.

Cons

Reporting structure still isn't the strongest in my opinion. I will say they've made some improvements lately but it's not quite there yet.

Pros

Duplicating job descriptions is so simple and it saves me a ton of time. I don't have to start from zero every time I need a new one.

Cons

familiar feel, limited customization

Pros

The dropdown menu feels really natural, kind of like other systems I've used such as Workday. I'm also loving the new video import features and it's like having a basic video interview tool and it's great for sharing info.

Cons

I feel like there's not much room for customizing forms or building my own reports. Every single report we've needed has required help from a tech support person which gets frustrating when you just want to handle things yourself.

Lacks auto-save

Pros

It's easy for me to keep track of all our different jobs and the applicants for each one. The automation works without me having to fuss with it.

Cons

The app doesn't auto-save as people fill it out so they have to finish entire sections in one sitting. This creates problems for us since we ask for detailed, thoughtful responses that take time. Also reading the answers within the application itself is pretty difficult. I usually have to export everything and save it somewhere else to actually review it properly.

lacks a scheduling feature

Pros

I can post a job to a lot of websites all at once which gets my listing seen by thousands of people. The best part is I can even edit the posts after they're live so I can make quick fixes anytime.

Cons

I can't schedule job postings ahead of time which is really inconvenient. If I'm not around on a sunday and need something to go live that day, there's no way to set it up in advance.

self-running system, though notifications can overwhelm

Pros

after the initial setup the whole thing basically runs on autopilot. There are also tons of helpful resources right there. Everything gets saved in the library, old forms, tasks, settings which makes starting a new job posting or sending paperwork to new hires really simple.

Cons

The reminder system works well for me but I keep hearing from candidates that they're getting too many notifications and find it frustrating. Also it would be great to have some tutorial videos showing us how to properly configure and manage all the features.

Love the questionnaires, need a "select all" feature

Pros

Love the questionnaire feature. It's perfect for getting info from applicants and it's great for our own internal stuff too.

Cons

There was a "select all" for duplicate applications when I'm looking at candidates. It would make updating the staging so much simpler than doing them one by one.

Pros

I appreciate how many status options there are. It's so easy to track where every applicant is in the process which helps me see the whole picture at a glance.

Cons
