“This is my 4th company I have Implemented Applicant Stack”
Pros
The pricing is fair compared to other ATS, and the features meet all our needs. The new texting capability has been particularly helpful.
Cons
Many emails end up in candidates' spam folders or are not received at all. Having delivery and read receipt capabilities would be beneficial.

“HR Generalist”
Pros
It is user-friendly and simple to set up new users and train them on site navigation.
Cons
While it would be nice if the platform looked a bit more modern, it is not a necessity. However, when updates are made to the site and a message box appears with the option not to see it again, it should work properly, as it can be annoying when it pops up repeatedly.
