Cons
The lack of dashboard functionality is disappointing. I have attempted to set up API with third-party accounts, but the integration is limited. I appreciate that ApplicantStack acknowledges these requests in their technology roadmap.

It took a bit of time to figure out all the nuances, but once I did, it's easy to set up and does exactly what it promises. It saves a lot of time and eliminates the need for a physical stack of applicants on my desk.
Cons
when launching an ad, it never seems to generate the same response on platforms like Indeed. Many times, when urgent hiring is needed due to growth, paying directly to Indeed yields better results. Additionally, I find it strange that the cost for one of my businesses is $30 more per month than the other for some reason.
