When evaluating applicant tracking software, I found ApplicantStack to be a standout choice. Its ability to post jobs to multiple boards with just a few clicks and seamlessly share resumes among managers impressed me.
Cons
Customizing the software has a bit of a learning curve. While I can search resumes, I have not found a way to search partial candidate names.

During the COVID , ApplicantStack has been instrumental in simplifying our onboarding process and reducing turnover rates. Even post-pandemic, we will continue to rely on it, especially for employee screening.

Pros
This thing saved our home care business. With constant turnover, I need to hire fast. Now I can create and post a job ad in a few clicks and it automatically goes to all the big job sites. Tracking applicants is smooth and the CRM integration saves us so much time and money. It completely aligned our chaos.
Cons
I wish they'd expand the electronic onboarding especially with all the new pandemic safety stuff. It would also be great if we could separate client and CG onboarding in the Pipeline summary since different teams handle them. It would make it so much easier for each team to focus on their specific prospects.

Cons
Two big pain points for a multi-state company like ours: No "refresh all" button for job postings! Having to update each state individually is a huge time-sink. The hiring manager limit is a constant headache. I'm always playing musical chairs with accounts instead of just adding who I need.
