This system totally transformed how we hire. Moving people through different stages is effortless and keeping track of who we've talked to is so simple. I can message applicants right in the platform and then move them straight to paperless onboarding. The way it connects with our scheduling software just makes everything click.
Cons
I feel like I don't have as much control as I'd like.�a lot of customizations need me to call support and some things just can't be changed. Also a little more warning before updates would be nice!

Pros
My favorite thing is reviewing applications completely online with zero paperwork. I can easily send them to the right managers and when we hire someone, moving them into digital onboarding is smooth. The whole thing just saves everyone so much time. And having 24/7 access is a lifesaver and I can process applications from home or the office. Plus, their support team is amazing and always gets back to us right away.
Cons
The new onboarding tool is promising but has some growing pains.�The email notifications are out of control, when I onboard a small group, the flood of "form signed" emails gets my address blacklisted! Beyond that, it's been great but please fix the notification spam!

The job posting and candidate tracking features work like a charm and onboarding new hires is simple. Setting it up was easy and making changes feels natural. Their support team is fantastic whenever I need a hand. And being able to handle all the paperwork remotely has completely changed how I work.
Cons
The candidate search is way too strict.�It only finds exact name matches. A partial/search-as-you-type function would be a huge quality-of-life improvement

Getting started was a total simple process. The interface is so user-friendly, it just makes sense and I never get lost. And their customer support? Fantastic. They're always quick to answer and super helpful.
Cons
I can't auto-fill data in forms and it won't let me create multiple records with the same email. This is a real headache for us!

Two things really blow me away. First the value for the price is incredible. Second the support team is outstanding. They get back to me fast and if something needs fixing, they actually fix it. Shoutout to Jeff Crouse, he's been great to work with!
Cons
The integrations could be smoother.�Really wish an active/Inactive status synced between applicant stack and ClearCare. And the "request background" button with accurate Now needs work. Also managing duplicate applicant accounts is a constant battle.

Pros
There is no second opinion to the fact that this software is invaluable for selecting caregivers, allowing us to filter applications by location and desired hours.
Cons
The only concern I have is that they removed the field for applicants to input their driver's license, social security, and date of birth. This was probably due to privacy concerns.
