User-friendly with useless search functionality

Pros

It's so user-friendly and we were up and running in no time. My top feature? It posts our job to multiple boards at the same time automatically.

Cons

Trying to find a specific skill on a resume or just someone in a particular city is way harder than it should be. The search and location filters are basically useless for this.

Well-organized but looks dated

Pros

Everything is so well-organized and there are plenty of options to make it work for you.

Cons

Its functional but it looks dated. A visual upgrade would make using it feel a lot nicer.

efficient and surprisingly amazing platform

Pros

The interface is so easy to get around. The pipeline view gives me a perfect snapshot of where every candidate is which makes working with my team and HR way smoother.

Cons

No major complaints from me! I've been using it for a few months now and it's been surprisingly amazing. Everything just works.

easy tracking with tedious updates

Pros

I can easily track everyone using the different status options. It's clear at a glance who's new, who's in interviews and who we're making an offer to.

Cons

I can't bulk-update candidate statuses. If I have 20 people to move to the 'interview' stage, I have to do it one-by-one. So tedious!

Runs smoothly and saves time

Pros

You can input all the info to make things run smoothly and being able to email onboarding docs before their first day saves us so much time.

Cons

Trying to think of something I dislike but I've got nothing. It does what we need it to do without any issue.

awesome support with poor reports

Pros

The support team is awesome. Any time I have an issue, they're there to help me figure it out quickly.

Cons

The reporting module isn't the most user-friendly. I often feel like I have to click around too much just to get a simple report. Could be way more interactive.

Reporting hurdles, smooth hiring

Pros

I can keep track of every single applicant in one place and moving them through the hiring stages is super easy. No more messy spreadsheets!

Cons

Pulling reports out of this system is more of a trouble than I feel like it should be. It's just not very smooth.

a game-changer for candidate sourcing

Pros

great that it pulls applicant info from everywhere into one searchable spot. Finding and flagging the best candidates is so easy which totally simplifies what's usually a boring process.

Cons

I think the interface needs an upgrade. I'd love something like folders to better sort and organize candidates. Also it would be a huge time-saver if I could just transfer candidates directly between hiring managers without all the extra steps.

Flexible but reporting falls short

Pros

The flexibility is awesome and it just seems to adapt to the size of your business. You can really customize it to fit your specific needs.

Cons

The reporting features are too limited for me. I really need more customization options to fit my specific workflow and right now, it just doesn't have what I need.

automation can't fix core flaws

Pros

We can set up automated messages for applicants that are tailored just for us and they send out instantly. It keeps everyone in the loop without me lifting a finger.

Cons

a few things are frustrating me like the reporting feels narrow and inconsistent, there's no functional mobile app which is a big miss and I can't even access uploaded documents when I need them to finish my tasks.

Interactive UI but inflexible for growth

Pros

The interface is so interactive. Posting jobs and tracking candidates is also very easy and I love how smoothly it connects with all the different job sites.

Cons

The 50-location hard cap is a real problem for a larger company like ours. Also the role hierarchy needs work and we could really use an intermediate position between administrator and Hiring Manager and also between Recruiter and Hiring Manager.

Pros

I can quickly see if someone has applied for other roles with us or easily look up past candidates. It makes everything so much simpler.

Cons

I don't need to print data often but when I do, it can be tricky to get exactly what I want. It's a minor thing but it's noticeable.

efficient only when it loads fast

Pros

Moving between different pages is really smooth and I can instantly check if applicants have finished their required training. It�s so efficient.

Cons

The pages can be slow to load sometimes which gets frustrating when you're in a rush and trying to move quickly through your tasks.

Prepares me for every call

Pros

I can see all of a candidate's details before I even pick up the phone to screen them. It saves me so much time and helps me be better prepared.

Cons

We have a problem where candidates think they've applied because they came from another job site but they only entered our talent pool. They haven't actually completed our real application process which causes confusion.

Organized tracking, limited integrations

Pros

Keeping track of all my applicants is very easy. I can set up my own categories that fit my workflow perfectly and it just keeps me so organized.

Cons

The reporting system isn't very simple to use. I also really wish it could connect with our other company software. And a direct link to our Indeed account for sponsored jobs would be a game changer.

a lifesaver with inaccurate data

Pros

I really like being able to track where applicants are coming from and what stage they're in. Plus it groups duplicate applications together so I can see every reason for a status change in one place. It's a lifesaver.

Cons

some of the reports show the wrong numbers. Also I don't like the new way they score the tests.

superb organization (but a bit heavy on the wallet)

Pros

The organization is just spot-on. Posting to multiple sites with one click saves me a ton of time and managing hundreds of applicants is way easier than I ever thought it could be.

Cons

It costs so much but it's probably worth it. I just wish it would automatically post my jobs to more places.

Pros

Working with multiple job sites is easy and I love how simple it is to keep all our job postings up-to-date with regular updates.

Cons

They made some updates a few years ago that made the reports better. I don't have any problems with it right now.
