Pros
one of the things I like most about it is how easy it is to use. The mobile app is also amazing and I never run into issues when using it. It's truly awesome.
Cons
I have not really had any problems with it except a few times it ran a little slow. But overall, it's been pretty great whenever I use it.

“Connects coworkers with fun and laughs
Pros
Been using this tool for a while I appreciate being able to connect with coworkers at other sites through it. We have a blast sending GIFs to each other and making people across the company laugh!
Cons
there are not enough grocery options to redeem points. It would be great to add stores like Aldi, Hyvee or Fareway.

I liked how it gave my former company a fun, company-sponsored way to encourage camaraderie and recognition among coworkers. It was so fun to see all the GIFs everyone sent!
Cons
One small thing.. I thought the hashtag system, tagging people and setting point amounts in the post area felt a little glitchy.

Although this tool offers a bunch of features, I like that I can rack up points and cash them out for PayPal money. That's REAL money I can use anywhere...I love it. My second favorite option is available too, Amazon!

Ok so it integrated with Zapier very smoothly which was exactly what I was looking for in a product like this.
Cons
They basically have NO customer service department. My account got deactivated (they said for "suspicious activity"?). I tried contacting them and waited almost two weeks with no response. I finally messaged an email I found in their Google reviews. They contacted me quickly then but passed me to another rep who reactivated my account.. only to deactivate it again for reasons he couldn't even tell me. I've since had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

Our HR team liked the easy pre-loaded catalog, Slack integration, the ability to name your own points and the simple website.
Cons
The user experience on the site where you give points could be smoother. I have to wait a few seconds for the list of users to load every time.
