“amazing tool for our business

It helped us recognize and appreciate our hardworking employees for the value they deliver to our loyal customers. We use it to announce our employee of the month and shout out other team members who work hard, deliver great customer service and are awesome coworkers ,then we reward them easily with different gifts.

From my own experience I have not run into any issues so far so good. It's easy to use and easy to keep up with.

cost might be too high for some organizations. It's an amazing product but I feel like in nonprofits especially when budgets are tight, programs like Bonusly are often the first to get cut.
