This app is incredibly easy to use and welcoming right from the start. I especially appreciate that they offer helpful demos that walk you through all the options so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. Honestly it's a really great HR tool for boosting engagement as it makes connecting with employees, gathering feedback and fostering culture feel natural and effortless.
Cons
Most options are already chosen for you so you mainly pick from a list. But if you need something different, you can write it in.

In my opinion this platform offers such a great way to show appreciation. The GIFs we share are priceless ! It really gets people thinking about each other's accomplishments too.
Cons
Every month any points you don't use just disappear. I am not sure if that's how it's supposed to be but I'd love it if leftover points could roll over.

“A nice way to build team spirit”
Pros
We used it at my workplace and it was honestly such a nice addition to our culture. Having an easy, built-in way for employees to quickly recognize and celebrate each other's efforts every month made a noticeable difference in team morale. It encouraged genuine appreciation across departments and helped build stronger synergy without feeling forced or formal. Sometimes the simplest features create the most meaningful impact.
Cons
Some of our staff just did not have time to give out all their points. I think it would've been cool to have a setting that randomly raffles off leftover points to different people each month.
