We used it at my workplace and it was honestly such a nice addition to our culture. Having an easy, built-in way for employees to quickly recognize and celebrate each other's efforts every month made a noticeable difference in team morale. Cons
Some of our staff just did not have time to give out all their points. I think it would've been cool to have a setting that randomly raffles off leftover points to different people each month.

It felt pricey for our small team. We have about 15-18 people and the cost was pretty high for a business our size. Plus at first everyone was into it but after a few months only a few people kept using it. With high turnover in our industry it was tough to keep engagement up.

Cons
No complaints at all ! I was just a regular user not part of the setup team so I can't speak to that but it is easy to use, boosts company morale and happiness and gives us actual money to spend on what we want. It's the best way to say "good job!"

Ok so it integrated with Zapier very smoothly which was exactly what I was looking for in a product like this.
Cons
They basically have NO customer service department. My account got deactivated (they said for "suspicious activity"?). I tried contacting them and waited almost two weeks with no response. I finally messaged an email I found in their Google reviews. They contacted me quickly then but passed me to another rep who reactivated my account.. only to deactivate it again for reasons he couldn't even tell me. I've since had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.
