Cons
There are so many options that it takes some time to get used to. It's not really a problem, just a matter of adjusting to the customizable nature of the system. Some ATS platforms restrict you to certain workflows, but BrightMove allows you to tailor it to your needs. Overall, I have no major complaints about its functionality.

Customization options really impressed me, way more flexible than pricier ATS systems I've used before. Running both standard and custom reports is simple and gives me exactly what I need.
Cons
Sometimes I find myself getting overwhelmed by all the customization choices available and it's easy to lose track of what you're doing when there are so many options to sift through.
