Its seamless integration with my website was impressive, and receiving a refund was definitely a highlight.

Easy to use and has a great customer support team. Ideal for smaller recruiting companies.
Pros

The ATS is incredibly intuitive and easy to grasp. Customer service surpasses most others, and their dedication is evident. Any queries or issues we encounter are promptly addressed. They've even tailored some features specifically for our company's benefit.

Cons

The reporting feature doesn't always seem accurate. Having one comprehensive report would make things much easier to pull accurate numbers from. Although there are occasional glitches in the application process, the team promptly addresses them.

Great software that's affordable and customizable.
Pros

The monthly cost offers great value. Customizing fields and processes is effortless. It seamlessly integrates with email and features an internal job board linked to approximately 100 social media and external sites. The resume parser is top-notch. It's user-friendly and even includes a Chrome Extension for LinkedIn. Navigating and customizing the dashboard is a breeze.

Cons

When opening attached resumes from clients, they're not in the same format they submitted them in. They appear more like plain text documents, removing a lot of the formatting.

I have used BrightMove for almost four years and it has been a pleasant experience.
Pros

The software's ease of use and navigation are commendable. The reporting feature is straightforward and proves invaluable when presenting data to clients. The customer service is outstanding, and they're always receptive to our concerns.

Cons

The application process for our candidates hasn't been the smoothest. The system isn't compatible for all users, and candidates sometimes face issues applying via their phones. Glitches in the application process pop up occasionally.

Pros

With experience in Recruiting/Hiring since 1993, I've used numerous systems, and BrightMove stands out as my favorite. Its intuitive nature and ease of navigation are commendable. If I ever encounter uncertainty, I can easily find answers independently or by reaching out to the US-based Customer Support team, ensuring clear communication.

Cons

I wish there was an Auto-Login feature or a "Keep Me Logged In" option to save me from entering my Username and Password every time I use BrightMove.

BrightMove offers robust recruiting software at an excellent price point. The parsing function works seamlessly, and both the CRM and Applicant Tracking System perform admirably.

Cons

Customer support is unbeatable!
Pros

The powerful search options simplify narrowing down specific criteria. Additionally, the provided templates ensure crucial information isn't overlooked when creating and posting jobs, which is particularly helpful in my role.

Cons

The feature I appreciate most is the ability to post positions on additional sites without extra charges. BrightMove's posting to Indeed, Simply Hired, Glassdoor, and ZipRecruiter simplifies candidate sourcing. The capability to source candidates within the database using keywords and export reports to Excel is also noteworthy.

The resume search feature, although new to us, has been immensely valuable, as it's not offered by other ATSs.

Cons

Pros

Setting up was quick, and the tech support is exceptional. There's a plethora of features I've yet to explore, and the integration with Indeed's easy apply is seamless.

Cons

I had to set up the majority myself, and there are many features I'm still unfamiliar with. East Coast customer support has limited hours, which can be inconvenient when urgent assistance is needed, especially after 3 PM or on weekends.
