The Essential Plan works perfectly for our small team since pricing is based on usage and we never exceed 4 users. Our volume changes frequently, so this flexible model saves us significant money while still giving us access to all features. Email support has been excellent too and they've been really helpful answering all my startup questions as a new user.
Cons
Chat support would be really helpful since there's so much to learn with all the functionality. Email support works fine but having someone to chat with would make things much easier when you're trying to figure stuff out.

I have been using this for 13 years now and the customer service remains outstanding, they're always there when you need them and actually respond quickly. That's honestly why we picked them in the first place after looking at all the other options. They were the only ones offering a cloud-based platform back then and they've managed to stay ahead of the curve ever since.
Cons
Finding candidates by experience level is tricky since it only works if they've listed their graduation year. There's no automatic texting feature for reaching out to candidates and I don't think there's a way to automatically notify them via email when new positions open up either.
