“Perfect plan for a small team”
Pros
The Essential Plan works perfectly for our small team since pricing is based on usage and we never exceed 4 users. Our volume changes frequently, so this flexible model saves us significant money while still giving us access to all features. Email support has been excellent too and they've been really helpful answering all my startup questions as a new user.
Cons
Chat support would be really helpful since there's so much to learn with all the functionality. Email support works fine but having someone to chat with would make things much easier when you're trying to figure stuff out.

I can check my paycheck a full day before it actually hits my account which is helpful for planning out my bills and budgeting ahead of time.
Cons
The main drawback is the frequent maintenance periods that make the system unavailable. Sometimes for just a few hours but I've seen outages last up to two days.
