Best value and services/ Definitely recommend!

Pros

BrightMove is incredibly intuitive and cost-effective, constantly introducing new enhancements. As an HR Director, the automatic job posting to relevant boards saves time and attracts quality candidates.

Cons

No major complaints; I love this product. Integrating with Paycom for uploading employee information would be a bonus, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Great! Very user-friendly and the customer service resources for support are fantastic.

Pros

The ease of use is what I enjoy most about the software; it's incredibly user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

Although I appreciate the ability to view resumes in bulk, I don't like that they're in plain HTML text, and there's no easy option to see the actual resume document.

I've used a few recruiting tools, and Brightmove just keeps getting better.

Pros

Although I rarely need it, the customer service is excellent and highly responsive.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative; it's easy to onboard new candidates, update information, and find and contact them. Overall, I enjoy using it.

Pros

It's easy to use and train others on. I've even recommended it to a friend who owns a staffing company.

Cons

It lacks colorfulness, and I don't like that you can't print resumes directly from the review screen; you have to access the attachment itself.

Great ATS.!!!

Pros

It's an excellent tool for posting jobs and managing candidates. The ability to rate candidates and post jobs across multiple sites is appreciated.

Cons

I'd appreciate the ability to connect the program to Outlook for emailing candidates. Currently, I have to switch out of BrightMove to send emails.

Easy to use!

Pros

Extremely user-friendly, especially for recruiters. The ease of job posting and candidate submissions is remarkable.

Cons

At the moment, I can't think of anything to dislike; I find it very user-friendly. Integration with its own Dice and Monster accounts would be great instead of relying on external accounts.

Pros

Excellent recruiting database to organize recruiting process for both small & large staffing teams

Pros

It's easy to use and navigate, even though we don't utilize all its functions, leaving room for future expansion.

Cons

It's not so much the software but the customer support options that can be an issue. I prefer direct communication rather than going back and forth explaining issues, which can be time-consuming.

Great ATS, so many features!

Pros

Setting up was quick, and the tech support is exceptional. There's a plethora of features I've yet to explore, and the integration with Indeed's easy apply is seamless.

Cons

I had to set up the majority myself, and there are many features I'm still unfamiliar with. East Coast customer support has limited hours, which can be inconvenient when urgent assistance is needed, especially after 3 PM or on weekends.

Pros

The pay-per-use model suits our fluctuating volume well. Email support is excellent, and the Outlook integration works smoothly.

Cons

We've faced some challenges with getting the DICE integration to work smoothly from the outset. It's not as visually appealing or straightforward as other solutions. It would be beneficial if the questionnaire function supported grading for better candidate qualification.
