Pros

I love everything from the website itself to how simple it is to do business it's fantastic.

Frees up management time

Pros

I have noticed that It now takes care of the whole leaves and sick-days routine for our team which has freed up a lot of management time. Also, by automating the request and approval workflow, we were able to remove much of the manual human touch from the process.

Cons

There are a few things I think could be improved. The user experience can be a bit inconsistent and getting it to sync with Google Workspace still involves some manual steps. even so, I personally find this product to be miles ahead of the competitors we've tested.

best for global teams!

Pros

Calamari is very simple to use on both fronts. I appreciated the free trial because it let me explore the system independently and confirm whether it matched our company's needs. One feature I really rely on is being able to set country-specific holidays since my team works across borders. The way it carries over leave balances and calculates pro-rated entitlements is spot-on. Their support team has also been friendly and prompt in responding to all my questions. Honestly I'm very fond of this app!

Cons

It's not a major problem though I wish support had dedicated representatives across multiple time zones so someone is available when my team needs them.

very simple integration!

Pros

Getting the integration up and running was simple and the support team has been extremely professional , they handled most of my requests and in the end we managed to tailor it to our complex business needs.

A lifesaver, despite occasional confusion

Pros

I love the integrations , being able to manage my team in Slack through it really makes my life easier and it's awesome.

Cons

The website interface confused me at times, I found myself getting lost a couple of times while trying to use it.

I am really impressed with their customer support, setting it up was easy and interactive and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Cons

I would really appreciate an admin-facing table that instantly displays each employee's remaining vacation days since at the moment that data feels buried and is more difficult to find than it ought to be.
