user friendly software

Pros

I find the software very user-friendly! Generally, whatever I'm looking for is easy to locate by browsing through the menus and options.

Cons

Often I'd like to extract a report for just a single employee covering the entire period we've used the system but it forces me into weekly breakdowns which gets tedious. When I need a report, I want something quick and simple Occasionally the system also stops working for users and fails to clock them in at the correct time, it's not frequent, yet I've seen it happen enough to be concerned.

Simple management but hard to use

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is for our team to manage their working hours and take breaks.

Cons

I wish the timesheet display and date filtering were better. When I try to pick a specific date I have to click it twice across two separate calendars which is annoying.

Looks good, price is fair

Pros

I really like the clean, attractive interface, the pricing feels fair and it links up smoothly with other software tools.

Simple to set up

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to use and that I can sync the time-off calendar with Outlook. Configuring PTO accruals takes almost no time and I find the whole setup way more interactive and approachable than the add-on our payroll processor offers.

Cons

Although I like getting an email that tells me who's out that day, I'd really appreciate a heads-up email that shows who will be absent over the coming week.

efficinet and practical tool

Pros

I really appreciate the app's easy design, practical functionality and the wide range of features it offers users.

Cons

So far, I've found every part of this software simple and useful but it still doesn't include a dedicated area where employees can log daily reports about what they worked on throughout the entire day.

Better than old spreadsheets

Pros

When we implemented it, the rollout was easy and the management team and wider staff began using it almost straight away. Before this, our approach to tracking absenteeism relied on a mix of manual processes and spreadsheets which felt awkward, inefficient and simply not suited to what we needed.

Cons

No drawbacks, it's extremely flexible which keeps both setup and daily use refreshingly simple and effort-free.

excellent support & easy for everyone

Pros

Their customer support is fantastic and always available to help with any query and I found the platform easy to install, administer and very interactive for everyone using it, in my experience it's an excellent option for businesses looking to handle employee leave management efficiently.

Cons

It's difficult to point out any drawbacks because whenever I had doubts or questions Hubert responded promptly, the support team has been consistently professional and helpful.

Perfect for far away teams

Pros

Being on a distributed team, we needed a system that could set different holiday schedules for staff located in different regions. it offered that exact capability something I couldn't find in any other leave-management tool. I also really appreciate the Office 365 and Slack sign-in options, plus the ability to approve requests through Slack which my team absolutely loves.

Cons

I did find the interface a bit clunky and it took me a while to get comfortable with it , it wasn't immediately intuitive. They recently revamped the UI though and those improvements have made it somewhat easier to use.

Flexible for all needs

Pros

We find that it handles a wide range of functions and offers the flexibility needed for unusual working-hour setups or special holiday requests. For instance, we use it not only to manage standard vacations but also to track home office days, unpaid leave, parental sickness leave when an employee's child is ill and special days off for attending a master's program or courses, etc.

Cons

I find it tricky to update an employee's contract details in It when their agreement changes while they're still with us , for example, if someone moves from a 40-hour contract down to 32 hours. It can be done but the process is a bit clunky so although it works, it isn't entirely smooth.

confusing calendar & needs improvements

Pros

I guess it works but I find the interface pretty unfriendly overall.

Cons

Presenting the month as anything other than a familiar calendar makes it hard for me to get a quick overview, I find that layout confusing and not very practical. It would really help if the app calculated and displayed the average number of work hours I need per day to meet my monthly target so I wouldn't have to work that out every single day. Also, the break and stop controls are placed too close together which risks accidental taps. I want to be able to see my break duration in the app even after the break ends. Holidays need to appear on the timesheet so I'm not left guessing about days off. Finally, I would like the full timesheet to be accessible from within the app.

easy to track, limited for sick leave

Pros

Tracking work hours and breaks is very easy for me.

Cons

This tool is too limited. for example, when an employee needs to leave work early because they're sick, I can't select the exact absence period so the overall total is recorded inaccurately and doesn't reflect the real hours.

Looks nice, needs better auto-calculation

Pros

For me it looks nice and is very easy to handle.

Cons

I don't think it's great that calamari isn't automatically included when calculating entitlements for overtime and vacation days, whereas homeoffice days are handled that way. Also, I'd love the option to set a default lunch break so the system automatically deducts 30 minutes every day for lunchtime without me having to adjust it manually.

works on all devices but crashes on old Android

Pros

I find the app really easy to use and accessible across multiple devices.

Cons

even though I could install it on an older Android phone, it keeps crashing and I have no way to find out why. On mobile I can't view the timeline or edit previous days so I end up having to use the desktop web app to make changes. This is frustrating when I need to add a break I forgot , I simply can't do it from the phone.

Good price and features are hidden

Pros

To kick things off, I'll say it's very reasonably priced! I can plan and keep track of every kind of leave , vacations, sick days, paid time off and even an in/out office board and everything is handled digitally. Since most of our team works remotely or from home, calculating paid hours becomes quick and painless. Managing resources and planning is easy when I switch to the Calendar view. Overall it's a very versatile HR solution that covers a wide range of needs, it's a jack-of-all-trades HR program even if it doesn't truly master any single area.

Cons

There are quite a few functions and features tucked away in the program that feel hidden. If I hadn't explored or accidentally discovered them, I wouldn't have known they were there. It would be useful if it offered extra tooltips, guided suggestions or a built-in walkthrough that points out and recommends features so users can see what's available. Right now I don't really know all of the features that exist and that uncertainty makes me feel like I might be missing out on useful tools.
