Convenient time-off tracking

Pros

I can easily track my vacation days and see exactly how many I have left at any moment. The leave request feature is convenient, I can submit applications anytime without having to call my manager, even during off-hours when I might not be thinking clearly.

Cons

Color scheme isn't really my thing and you cant purchase additional holiday days which is a bummer.

game-changing, paperless solution

Pros

I'm amazed by how it eliminates all those tedious paper forms and attendance sheets, feels like stepping into the future. The mobile apps for beacons work flawlessly and whenever I've needed help, the customer service has been outstanding. Once you experience this level of convenience, there's no going back!

Cons

Calendar view feels cramped and could use better organization to make it more user-friendly.

Smooth setup

Pros

Setting up was smooth and getting the team onboard happened quickly. The Google Apps integration made everything smooth from day one, so everyone could jump right in. My favorite part is being able to see exactly how many vacation days I have left and makes planning so much easier. As a manager, having that calendar view showing daily team presence is incredibly useful.

Cons

Interface is bit outdated and could really use a modern refresh. While you can customize some company branding colors, your pretty much stuck with green as the main theme which is limiting. Setting up custom leave rules requires some digging around and it's not exactly simpleat first, though you do figure it out eventually.

Simple for global teams

Pros

We have been using it for time management across several countries for a few months now. So far, everything has run smoothly , it's easy, efficient and I'm really glad we decided to implement it.

Cons

best for seeing coworkers

Pros

I like this app when I need to keep track of my work hours ,) Plus it lets me see whether my coworkers are currently in the office.

Cons

Works well but costs a bit much

Pros

everything functioned as it should, ultimately all my items were received as ordered. I had great communication with support, have no complaints and would recommend them.

Cons

I have no regrets , everything is fine overall. If I were to suggest one small change, I would have preferred a slightly lower price.

Simple software with great support

Pros

the software is very user friendly, it isn't cluttered with pointless features and their support is quick and truly excellent.

Cons

Helpful solution, wants more features

Pros

Kamil(CSR) has been incredibly helpful, I appreciate how patient he is when I'm abruptly pulled into a conference call and he always makes time to support and understand my needs.

Cons

the downside is that it only covers holidays and absences , there's nothing else included. I would love to see it look into the market and broaden the system's features, like adding a performance management module, a recruitment module and bringing all HR tasks together into a single platform.

quick setup with great support

Pros

Getting this set up was surprisingly simple for me. I worked through most of it by trial and error and when a coworker hit a snag and needed a hand, the support team stepped in and resolved it really quickly.

Cons

One thing I would change is making required fields much more obvious. I accidentally set up a few employees without entering their hire dates which meant their time-off balances weren't calculated properly. It would be nice to still allow skipping a field when necessary but definitely mark or highlight the ones that are essential so everything runs smoothly and I don't have to go back and fix those entries later.

good integration and support, missing french leave details

Pros

What I appreciate are the Google Apps interface, Google Calendar interface and Slack interface, it's easy to understand, quick to deploy and has very good customer support in english.

Cons

It doesn't properly show employees their leave balances and expiry dates for the French system which is a drawback. Since it's still an early-stage product, they are missing some useful features but I believe those will arrive soon.

great with Google, keeps improving

Pros

I really like how it hooks into Google apps, the dev team is great , they actually listen and learn alongside you. They keep adding improvements and regular updates and overall it fits my HR leave needs perfectly.

Cons

awesome support but setup is tricky

Pros

I'm really impressed by the excellent customer support and I appreciate the Google+ integration. I can import public holidays, upload existing leave during setup and find the interface very user-friendly.

Cons

At times I find some sections confusing when I'm trying to configure the system and it's difficult for me to work out how to set them up.
